Grover and Jamie vs Spade and Heart

"Something's prohibiting me from teleporting to Ella and Austin!" Grover cries.

"That's fine, we've got our own problems to deal with!" Jamie replies as she smashes one of Spade's hands out of the air with an iron punch.

Spade's hands pop off of his wrist, levitating into the air, and then Spade's fingers pop off of his floating hands, growing into their own full hands, before those fingers pop off of those hands, forming an army of eerie floating hands.

"Sloth-Like Reflexes: Finger Gun," Heart yawns as she aims a hand at Jamie, curling in her ring finger and pinkie fingers in, and extending her thumb, pointer, and middle fingers outwards, forming a finger gun with her hand. A Cursed Power Emission then fires out of Heart's finger, flying towards Grover and Jamie.

"Adaptability: Iron Cloak!" Jamie says as she punches her fists together, her body turning into iron, preparing her defenses.

"Don't worry, I've got this, Jamie! Stand back!" Grover exclaims as he leaps in front of Jamie.

"EH?! Tryin' ta' steal my thunder?!" Jamie snaps.

"Naw, there's just something that I learned from the Bumblebee that I hadn't a chance to test out in combat yet!" Grover smirks as he reaches into his pockets and draws a kunai knife, which begins bubbling with light green Cursed Power. "Wormhole: Green Bullet!" Grover shouts as his knife flies towards Heart's Emission, the two attacks colliding and canceling each other out.

"Woah, what was that, Grover?!" Jamie exclaims.

"A combination of Cursed Power Emission and an advanced Cursed Power Barrier technique!" Grover proudly smirks. "I'll teach it to you some time!"

"Brat's strong," Spade grumbles.

Heart simple yawns in response.

"MY NAME IS GROVER BRADSHAW, FUTURE HEAD OF THE SLAYER ORGANIZATION!" Grover booms. "SO YOU'D BEST BET I'M STRONG!"

"Hmph. Slayer Organization," Spade sneers.

"What's wrong with the Organization?" Grover growls.

"Too much, just ask your Squad Captain," Spade answers. "I was the number one rookie, until I killed all my fellow examinees in the Slayer Exams."

Grover smirks. "So if I beat you, then I'm the number one rookie?" He asks, a fire ignited in Grover's eyes. "JAMIE! LET'S DO THIS!"

"Right!" Jamie replies as she punches his fists together, her hands and wrists turning into iron.

"Heart, wake up!" Spade orders, and Heart instantly fires another Cursed Power Bullet at Jamie, who counters with another iron punch. Using Heart and Jamie's quick bout as a distraction, Grover aims a Cursed Power Barrier reinforced roundhouse kick to the back of Spade's skull, a kick strong enough to decapitate him. Spade doesn't even move to dodge Grover's attack. Instead, floating hands simply levitate up latch onto Grover, before kamikaze-ing Grover into the ground.

"What a freaky Cursed Ability!" Grover exclaims as he teleports above Spade's head in the blink of an eye, aiming an axe-kick his way.

But before Grover's attack can even make contact with Spade, Heart leaps up and punches Grover. But…it doesn't even face an effect.

"Eh?! You're super-duber weak attack didn't even hurt!" Grover laughs. As he keeps falling towards Spade.

But then, when Grover's kick is mere inches away from Spade's head, Heart says: "Sloth-Like Reflexes: After Shock," as an explosion of pain rushes through Grover's body, sending him flying backwards as he spits up a glob of blood.

"Grover!" Jamie cries as she shoots a rubber arm Grover's way, using it to catch Grover and set him on the ground, before swinging her other rubber arm towards Spade and Heart like a whip, coating her fist and wrist in iron.

Spade folds his hand-less arms behind his back then jumps into the air, summoning his popped-off hands below his feet to carry him into the air. As for Heart, she doesn't dodge Jamie's rubber whip, instead, Heart brings one arm up and reinforces it with Cursed Power to block, and aims her other hand at Jamie's rubber arm like a finger gun. "Sloth-Like Reflexes: Finger Gun," Heart sighs as she fires off a Cursed Power Emission at Jamie's arm, which doesn't injure Jamie at all.

Jamie then retracts her rubber arm back to her shoulder and uses it to help grover to his feet. "You good?" Jamie asks.

"Yeah, I'm-" Grover begins to say, but he's interrupted when Jamie's arm explodes in a rush of Cursed Power, sending both Grover and Jamie tumbling backwards a few steps.

"What was that?!" Jamie cries.

"It's like…Heart's attacks have a delayed reaction to them!" Grover cries.

"You think that's her Cursed Ability?" Jamie asks.

"It got to be! Both Heart's Cursed Power Barrier and Emission hurt like heck but only after the initial impact!" Grover explains.

"It seems like you've been figured out," Spade smirks condescendingly at Heart.

"And that Spade-guy's fingers and hands pop off of his body, creating more hands that can fly around!" Jamie adds as she points at Spade, causing him to tense up.

"And your ability is even easier to discern than mine," Heart smirks, causing Spade to roll his eyes at her.

"You know, why don't our enemies ever try to analyze our Abilities?" Grover asks as he turns to Jamie, causing Jamie to shrug.

"You're Pro Slayer. We know all about you! Why else do you think I quit?!" Spade shouts as he sends a wave of hands flying towards Grover, while still leviting in the air on top of his other hands.

"I'll take Spade since I'm good at aerial combat!" Grover orders as he teleports up to Spade.

"I'll take Heart because my iron can cancel out her strength!" Jamie agrees as she charges Heart, readying an onslaught of iron fists.

"Are you so sure about that?" Heart yawns. "I'm a master at Barrier and Emission."

With a battle cry, Jamie sends a flurry of punches Heart's way, who yawns, and sends a flurry of Cursed Power Barrier reinforced punches back at Jamie. At first, the two women seem evenly matched, exchanging blow for blow, getting punches, punching back, dodging and countering. But then, when Heart says: "Sloth-Like Reflexes: After Shock," a rush of pain is sent up and down Jamie's body, and Jamie is forced to undo her iron transformation to avoid getting shattered. "You've lost," Heart sneers as she lands one final jab in Jamie's gut, before activating her After Shock, sending Jamie stumbling backwards.

"Shit," Jamie spits as blood leaks from the bloody gashes running up and down her arms. "If only I could turn my entire body into iron, but that takes up far too much Cursed Power and I still haven't been able to master it yet…"

Meanwhile, Grover teleports into the air besides Spade, throwing a kunai knife his way. But then, a rush of pain is sent through Grover's arm, causing Grover to miss his target.

Spade smirks. "That clever wrench, trying to steal my thunder. But I'm going to become Ace!" Spade says as he aims a hand-less arm towards Grover, sending a hand flying towards Grover's throat, wrapping tightly around it. Grover kicks and flails in protest, the breath slowly being strangled out of him.

"Chairman? Pathetic! You can't even beat a Slayer Organization reject and you can't even throw knives properly!" Spade spits.

Grover smirks. "Just so you know, I never throw just one kunai," he says. "And also…my kunai knives don't miss."

A wormhole then opens up behind Spade, and three different kunai knives fly out of it, piercing Spade in his back and causing him to yelp in pain, forcing Spade to release his grip on Grover, who begins falling to the ground, then teleports up to the church roof in front of Spade.

"Who's pathetic now?" Grover smirks, causing Spade to growl at Grover and use his flying hands to rip the knives out of Grover's back, flinging them to the ground. "Ohh …those are expensive, you know!" Grover groans.

Meanwhile, below Grover and Spade's bout, Heart mutters "Sloth-Like Reflexes: After Shock," to herself, which confuses Jamie, who doesn't feel any fresh pain in her body. A couple of Grover's kunai knives then fall down onto Jamie.

"Oh, nice!" Jamie exclaims as she snags them out of the air, then sends a pair of rubber arms armed with knives Heart's way. Heart counters by smacking Jamie's rubber arms away with her Cursed Power reinforced palms, before activating her After Shock, sending more pain rushing through Jamie's rubber arms, which she then retracts back to her shoulders.

"Alright, I can't use my rubber transformation, because it just gives me more exposed flesh for Heart's After Shock, as well as making it harder to evade her punches," Jamie mutters to herself, before punching her fists together, turning them into iron. "Let's try iron again!"

Jamie rushes Heart with another flurry of iron punches, this time, being more wary of Heart's counter attacks. Jamie's unable to land as many blows during this volley, but with the upside of minimizing damage to her iron body from Heart's impressive Cursed Power punches.

Up above Jamie and Heart, Spade sends a wave of hands flying towards Grover, who simply teleports out of the way to dodge.

As Grover dodges, he slashes one of Spade's flying hands with his kunai knife, as notices that Spade flinches from the cut. "Hmm…so if I hurt his flying hands…I hurt Spade too!" Grover says to himself as he draws another kunai knife, which begins bubbling with light green Cursed Power. "Wormhole: Green Bullet!" Grover shouts as he flings another Cursed Power reinforced kunai knife Spade's way, who counters by bringing his arms up in a cross, summoning an army of flying hands together in front of Spade, forming a mountain of flesh between him and Grover's knife. Spade then reinforces his fleshy shield with Cursed Power, negating Grover's attack.

"As I thought, the main body is too well guarded," grover mutters to himself. "So I'll just aim for the hands!"

Spade then sends another wave of hands flying wards Grover, who counters by teleporting through Spade's fleshy wave, slashing up Spade's hands with his knives along the way.

"Damnit, for such a moron, he figured out my weakness!" Spade grunts. "Which means I have to finish this fight now! Pop-Off: Giant's Palm!" Spade's hands then begin joining together and merge, forming one master hand, the palm of a giant.

"What the heck is this ability?!" Grover cries as he peers up towards the giant hand looming over head, which blocks out the sun.

"Now…flatten!" Spade shouts as he swipes a handless arm downwards, sending his Giant's Palm falling towards Grover.

No worries, I'll just teleport out of the way!" Grover cheekily explains, but that's when even more of Spade's popped-off hands fly at Grover from behind, binding Grover's arms behind him. "Darn it, I can't use my Wormhole with my arms bound!" Grover cries. "I thought you used up all of your hands to make the big one, where did these come from?!"

Spade smirks. "I also never only throw one hand!" He exclaims. Spade's hand then smacks into Grover, sending Grover flying off the church's roof and crumbling to the ground.

As Jamie prepares to land a final blow on Heart, Grover falls down on top of her, sendong both him and Jamie crumbling to the ground, and giving Heart the chance for a counter attack.

"Sloth-Like Reflexes: Finger Guns Volley," Heart says as she aims dual finger guns at Grover and Jamie, showering with dozens of Cursed Power bullets.. Though of course, they don't hurt. "By combining a bulk of weaker attacks together, and delaying their effect, I can combine the impacts from all attacks into one big wave," Herat explains, as he brings her fingers up to her face. "Sloth-Like Reflexes: Grand Finale!" Heart then snaps her fingers, and Grover and Jamie howl in pain as they're caught up in a massive explosion of Cursed Power.
