THE FIRST SEIZURE

"What the hell were you thinking, Don't you know who she is? My father will hear about this." Tara.... said as she looked at the Dark Eye knights in disappointment.

She had gone really mad when she heard the full story of what transpired.

"Am sorry my lady." A knight said as he sent an evil glance towards Author.

" Mara are you alright?" Tara asked her friend.

Mara was not upset at all she was just relieved that it has passed away and thankful that Author was there to help.

" Yes I'm fine don't worry about it." Mara replied.

They there of them headed inside leaving the guards outside. The eyes of the guards did not leave Author's direction till the door was closed.

Inside of the mantion were so many people singing, dancing, drinking and doing so many other fun stuff.

' Wow I've never been to this type of party where everyone felt so free. I guess being a prince also had it's downside as every party I had to compose myself and act like a prince.' Author thought to himself.

Tara showed the group to where she was sitting with her friends. The group was made up of four boys and three girls, Mara and Author added up to make it five boys, four girls.

The way they were sitting it was clear that they were a group of three couples as they all sat in pairs except one boy who sat alone but he did not look like he cared about it.

He was just enjoying his drink, then when he look up, his eyes fell on Mara.

' Now this is the kind of girl who is worthy to be mine.' He thought to himself and decided to make a move.

" Hey isn't that Mara, she is as pretty as always. Just like me." The guy sitting alone said it out loud intentionally so that Mara could hear him.

' Aaaugh Prince Wilson! I knew he would be here. Thank God I brought Author who is the one I love, he would protect me.' Mara thought as she looked at Author who had a serious look on his face as he looked at the group of friends.

She couldn't help but smile with a blushing face.

' I hardly see him smile but also I must admit he is really handsome with that cold face.'

Mara thought.

The group of friends sat round a table with cups and jars full of wine and everyone was sipping their drinks and chatting happily.

Mara and her best friend Tara were sitting in one place chatting. The only people who sat lonely was Author and Wilson who is the youngest prince of the kingdom.

Wilson kept looking at Mara waiting for the slightest time to go sit with her.

Then his prayers were answered when Tara left to go get something. Wilson stood up and walked over to Mara.

" Hey pretty, I know you have been ignoring me but for how long?" Wilson asked but Mara didn't give a reply.

Author was already getting impatient. Just when he was about to do something about it, he felt a warm hand on his shoulder, when he turned around, he saw a familiar face.

" Princess Kora, you are here too?" Author asked.

" Care to dance?" Kora asked.

Author had been dragged by kora to the dancing section where other couples were dancing.

He kept looking at Mara and how she was getting bored by prince wilson.

Kora noticed that even though Author is dancing with her, his focus was else where.

She followed his eyes and noticed he was looking at Mara.

" Do you know her? " She asked.

" You mean Mara? yeah I do." Author replied.

" Hmm that explains alot." Replied Kora.

The two kept chatting while dancing and when Author sent another glance towards Mara, she was lying on the ground.

Author ran towards Mara at full speed. He didn't even realize that he was running like a supper human wich would be strange in the eyes of everyone, but all he could think of was saving Mara.

" Mara are you okay." Author asked after noticing that Mara was still concsious.

Author turned and looked at prince wilson with anger in his eyes " What did you do to her? If this is your fault, I will make you pay."

Prince wilson was a proud man, so he was offended by Author's tone.

" And who do you think you are to talk to me that way? You are nothing but a body guard and I am a prince who could be your king one day so you better bow down to the ground, where you belong."

Author placed Mara to lie on a couch.

Then he faced wilson.

" You might be a prince, but you can never become a king. You are too selfish, arrogant and full of pride. Who will you rule with such qualities?" Author asked.

Those words had gone deep into the heart of wilson like an arrow.

He became enraged and his eyes started glowing. He was about to make an attack on Author when he felt a hand tapping him from behind.

" Wilson what are you doing? Your eyes are glowing, you will expose your secret." Kora said trying to calm down her brother.

Prince Wilson turned and looked at everyone as they had shocked looks on their faces.

" Is it just me or I saw his eyes glowing just now."

" Yeah is he some sort of a wizard or does he special powers wich I don't know?"

The members of the crowd kept whispering amongst themselves. And prince Wilson could hear all of them with his sensitive ears.

He finally calmed down and left the party and Kora followed shortly after.

"Author," Mara's voice sounded from behind Author and he quickly rushed over to Mara.

" Are you okay, what happened?" He asked with a worried tone.

" I think I had a vision, it felt so real like I was there physically." Mara said that then she paused and the expression on her face changed to fear, then she looked at Author straight in the eyes and said.

" We need to get out of here now."
