Skelengel; Tales Of The Boundless One [Not Updating]

When the universe creates a person, they are bestowed with certain traits that we, as mere humans, are aware of. Sportiness, the ability to work with computers, and creativity are all things we may obtain at creation. However, some of those talents extend far past the mortal realm of flesh and blood. They go all the way to your very soul, and these are the ones that we cannot see. These few are destined to become Boundless. And it just so happens that one was designated to die on the fateful day a new god took sight over the earth. This is the tale of Aaron Stone, the once businessman turned planetary traverser. Aided by himself and his potential, he plans to live out his life with peace of mind. However, the universe has it out for him, and it won't let him ever have true peace. However, someone from behind the shadows controls everything, and they have quite a distaste for Aaron Stone. They will try to make his life a living hell. Everything you read here is an account of something going on in the vast universe. Hell, who knows... It may even be YOU who takes his place in the future. Soulless

"Wait a second...people can live without their Soul? How is that possible?" Aaron asked Soul as he began to explain everything. Soul let out a cough, clearing his mouth of some black fluid. "Sorry, that black fluid was making me speak terribly. I needed to get that out." Soul explained, his voice now much clearer than before. "Now, let me explain. Beings that can live without their Souls are few, and it usually ensures their death. They are 'Void' entities, such as sentient black holes. That is a Void of Space, as you probably learned in science. It sucks in everything around it. Not even light can escape its grasp. However, I can think of one exception, and it's the sole reason that your Boundless Interdimensional Summon works. Monsters or people that you create would have no soul. After all, you just create a body when you're doing that. Unless you specifically created a soul just for this purpose."

"There's a Void for pretty much everything, although Voids of Space are usually the most powerful and have the most numbers. They're more common to find than other Voids." Soul finished as Aaron processed this information. "Pretty interesting, right? Well, there's more to tell you, but I'll tell you later. It isn't important now. Now, let me tell you what you should do instead of worrying about your dead friends. Start the movement of peace. Start with the city. Some people might recognise your body. After all, you were one of the main reasons that the city wasn't brutally slaughtered. Maybe they'll be grateful to you for helping them." Soul pointed out. Hearing this caused Aaron to stand up, put his hands on his waist and reply with a simple "Yes".

Aaron walked inside the house and went into the sitting room, pleasantly surprised to see Free, Seph, None and Crystet coming from the hatch in the floor. He didn't expect that, but he was grateful. "Lads, we're going to go see if we can get into the human cities. I want to explore and then see if we can get peace." Aaron exclaimed proudly. "I mean, I'm glad that we can get started, but can we talk about those lights? I got bloody mesmerised by them." Crystet asked, trying to explain the lights to Aaron. He was not bothered to inform him that Soul was still covering his body. He knew.

"Oh, I know. It's for that purpose. I didn't MEAN for it to be that mesmerising, but the lights just became like that once I created the souls." Aaron responded as he began to walk out. "I know it's sudden, but I want to get SOMETHING done. After all, this is apparently a capital city, and if it's a capital, I'm willing to bet that there are countries with other cities as well. We could set up a sub-kingdom of sentient monsters if we play our cards right. There's a goal ahead of us." Aaron told them, setting up an end goal. "So, I'm headed off. Feel free to join if you want, I'm not going to force you, but it might be something cool for you to look at."

Aaron walked outside, and as everyone began to walk outside as well, Aaron talked to Soul. "Hey. When we're talking with the humans, or even walking into the human cities, until they acknowledge us as monsters, I'll need you to retreat inside my body, ok? It's just so that we can blend in until we get a favourable outcome." Aaron told him. " Sure, I don't mind. I may be cold at times, but I do it to make sure YOU don't do anything stupid. Think of me as a guardian. And with that, I'm gone. Just like a dad." Soul responded as the unpleasant feeling of Soul entering his tear ducts once again occurred. He didn't feel any pain, and that was the thing. His body couldn't feel pain, but he could feel everything else.

After about ten seconds of feeling that, Soul had retreated to the deepest part of Aaron's body. The Soul in which he resided. Aaron's skin was now completely back to normal, so he stretched out the half of his body that had been covered, popping the knuckles in his hand. He turned around and saw Crystet, Free, Seph and None standing there, preparing themselves for a walk. "So, you guys ready to walk?" Crystet asked them, and they all gave nods in return, and Aaron couldn't help but chuckle. "I was going to teleport us there, but I guess I shouldn't if you all are ready to walk there," Aaron responded as he stretched out his legs. "I would make this a race, but then something like the last race would happen, and Crystet would try to Time-Stop his way to victory," Aaron continued, jokingly throwing an insult at him. "However, I'm not really bothered to race right now, so let's just calmly walk." Aaron finished as he teleported behind the group, closing the door of the house.

"Alright, lads, let's set off!" Aaron exclaimed as everyone began to walk forward, and he floated along beside them. He was just doing this for fun. Everyone looked at him in shock. "You lazy fucker." Crystet jokingly taunted him as Aaron just smiled. "What? I've got powers, so I might as well use them." He countered, his smile growing. "I mean, if you want to use Time-Stop, go ahead. It's not like I'm going to stop you. Although, I have a little competition for you guys. Without stopping time or going incredibly fast, the first one of you to reach the town gets a prize." Aaron informed them, watching as Crystet just shrugged, but Seph, None, and Free got excited. A prize from a god? What mythical object would they get? They immediately picked up the pace, and they went past Aaron, but Free jumped onto Seph and None's back, and they ran forward, going as fast as they could.

"Also, Crystet, the reward is either a new weapon or an Ultimate Skill. Have fun."

The next second, Crystet was following after them. He was catching up as quick as he could without going too fast. Aaron just chuckled. "This is great fun."
