Aaron stood up from his seat, stretching his arms, letting out a relaxed sigh. "When should we start this tournament? After all, if we have everything ready, there shouldn't be any need to start at a late time." Aaron asked the King, curious as to what his response would be. "Well, we could start it at any point in the next few weeks, as I'd need to get word of the competition out to the other Kingdoms." The King responded, causing Aaron to look at him curiously. "I mean, I don't mind, but why would it take you so long to visit all of the other Kingdoms? Surely it shouldn't take that long to travel to all of them." Aaron asked in curiosity.
"Well, it takes a while to prepare a speech for every specific race. The other races aren't like us since we are humans. They all have topics they dislike and would rather refrain from talking about. It would threaten my position as King if I disregarded this information. Any given race could start a war on humanity f I accidentally dishonour any of their traditions or if I offend them in some way." The King explained before continuing on.
"Plus, there's also travel to account for. It takes days or even weeks to travel to all of the different Kingdoms on this planet." The King added, causing Aaron to chuckle slightly. "What's so funny?" The King asked Aaron, who stared him directly in his eyes.
"I can teleport to any place on this planet as long as I have a direction to go to. I could teleport you between Kingdoms instantaneously, so you don't need your guards to bring you. After all, since I last spoke to you, I uncovered some new abilities that I didn't know about." Aaron explained, his arm turning into scales, signifying his absorption of the Basilisk.
"I defeated the Basilisk that was hunting prey near the Orcish territory, and I gained three different skills from it," Aaron explained, his arm reflecting the light from the sun onto the King's face. He let out a quiet noise of surprise like you would after being stung by a mosquito, causing Aaron to look at him in shock as the King bent his head down for a second. "Hey, are you alright?" Aaron asked, his arm returning to normal as he bent down to check out the King's face.
Aaron lifted his head up slowly, noticing a slight burn mark on the King's face. "Yeah, I'm fine. Although, I didn't think that your scaly arm would reflect the light towards me." The King said, rubbing the small scar on his face without knowing it was burnt. "Yeah, and I didn't think that it would somehow amplify its strength. You got a burn mark from that reflected light, surprisingly enough." Aaron responded, tapping his right index finger against the burn for a second. He was just doing this to make it seem like magic. Aaron used Boundless Telekinesis to reset the skin on the King's face by a single minute, meaning that the burn mark was no longer there.
"Your skin has been healed. Free healthcare, provided by yours truly, Aaron Stone." Aaron joked, standing up and taking a slight bow. Of course, the King had no idea what healthcare was because this wasn't an advanced society. "Honestly, I have no idea what you said but thank you for healing that burn. I honestly don't know how my skin got burned by that, but thank you anyway." The King replied to Aaron, causing him to smile. "So, have you thought about my proposal earlier? You know, where I teleport you to different Kingdoms? After all, it's just a simple competition. It's not like we're trying to start a war between everyone, are we?" Aaron asked, smiling as if he was secretly planning to blow up Vietnam on Earth.
"No, but it takes a while to prepare even a small speech, considering all of the traditions necessary, and..." The King began before Aaron lifted up his hand, stopping him. "Listen. I can do the speech if you want. You can be there to prove my authenticity and your trust in me. After all, I'm not human, so they may trust a fellow Inhuman if you get what I mean." Aaron explained as the odachi he had created around fifteen minutes earlier appeared in his palm.
"I can create this weapon out of thin air, and I can make many more. You only know what I am as a form of trust from earlier on. With this, I can show that I am not a human. There's also the bonus of them not knowing what I actually am, which is a nice bonus." Aaron explained, making the sword disappear. "This way, they know that what I say isn't trying to be harmful. It's just that I don't know their customs. Plus, if they do get angry at me, I can calm them down or just, you know, intimidate them into not attacking. I don't want to resort to the latter option if I can help, but I will if circumstances call for such actions. How about me and you make a deal? If I teleport you around the world, and by that, I mean all of the different countries, you'll provide me with enough authority to give my announcement about this tournament to the other races. Does that sound like a decent enough compromise? I won't be doing anything else, so you're free to stay in any given Kingdom for as long as you'd like." Aaron continued, extending his hand once more.
"Fine. As long as you promise me you won't say anything while being intentionally rude to the Kingdom's Cultures, alright?" The King responded. However, he didn't shake Aaron's hand. "We already shook each other's hand once. We're good in that regard. So, are you ready to teleport right now, or do you need preparation?" The King asked Aaron, who chuckled slightly.
"Oh, I don't need any preparation for this, King."
