Skelengel; Tales Of The Boundless One [Not Updating]

When the universe creates a person, they are bestowed with certain traits that we, as mere humans, are aware of. Sportiness, the ability to work with computers, and creativity are all things we may obtain at creation. However, some of those talents extend far past the mortal realm of flesh and blood. They go all the way to your very soul, and these are the ones that we cannot see. These few are destined to become Boundless. And it just so happens that one was designated to die on the fateful day a new god took sight over the earth. This is the tale of Aaron Stone, the once businessman turned planetary traverser. Aided by himself and his potential, he plans to live out his life with peace of mind. However, the universe has it out for him, and it won't let him ever have true peace. However, someone from behind the shadows controls everything, and they have quite a distaste for Aaron Stone. They will try to make his life a living hell. Everything you read here is an account of something going on in the vast universe. Hell, who knows... It may even be YOU who takes his place in the future. A Hero Emerges

"So, you want to call yourself 'Free'?" Aaron asked her as she nodded her head up and down. "Well, that means the pair of you would be known as Clair and Free, but who am I to judge names? Mine is Aaron Stone, and I'm a Skelengel, so names really wouldn't be my strong suit, like you thought." Aaron laughed, stretching his body until he heard a pop from his back. It wasn't a worrying pop, but his back had been feeling some tension, so hearing the pop was like a blessing from a god. Well, he was already a god, but that didn't matter. He just felt relief having his back loosen up. Although, this noise scared the living hell out of both Crystet and Free. "What the fuck was that?!" They both yelled out, looking towards Aaron in shock. "Sorry, that was me. I was stretching, and my back popped, but now my body is limber again. I had forgotten about it earlier." Aaron explained before lowering his arms. He could have simply just removed the tension from his body, but there was almost nothing more satisfying than cracking something like your knuckles when a build-up of nitrous gases begins to form. The cracks are pleasant, and if you were to do the same to one of the bones in your chest or spine, it'd be like reaching [Heaven], as Aaron's old friend used to say. He had some weird sayings.

Aaron watched the others lower their guard, knowing that they weren't being fired at. It was nice to see a group of people being all carefree around him. It was nice to relax. They were all a group of psychopaths. Aaron with his murderous tendencies, Crystet with his second life, and Free being the psychotic alternative personality of Clair. A group of insane people. I wonder how they'd influence the world.

Aaron smiled as he saw a beautiful flower on the ground. He bent down to grab the plant when a bolt of lightning shot over his head. It reminded him of magic. Crystet let out a grunt of discomfort as the electricity hit his face, doing nothing more than annoying him. Aaron looked behind him, only to see the single surviving cultist from earlier. The cultist had survived out of the group of dead worshippers who had sacrificed themselves to summon Aaron and Crystet. "Stay away from the child, foul beasts! You are not to lay your demonic hands on them!" A surprisingly teenage voice yelled out as another bolt of electricity flew out of his hands. His hands had been put placed together so a powerful shot of lightning could fire at them.

Aaron sighed, lifting his hand to grab the lightning bolt, but when he went to block it, the bolt went right through his palm, removing a chunk of flesh along the way. Yet, no bone was affected. Aaron looked up at him in shock as the teenager began laughing. "This is one of the ultimate lightning attacks! Diragi!" He yelled out as Aaron tried to figure out what the hell the word 'Diragi' had to do with lightning. He didn't notice the teenager firing another bolt of lightning, this time towards his head until it was too late to react. At least, physically.

Aaron abandoned his train of thought, and with half a second of time that he had left till the bolt hit him, he teleported. The bolt soared through thin air, and it left the teenager confused, for he didn't know what happened to the monster that he had helped summon. "You know, your attack right there is weak in a sense." Aaron taunted the teenager, forcing him to spin around while holding a charged ball of electricity. He fired off the ball only for it to miss as Aaron tapped him on the shoulder. "You can't get much good accuracy with it, can you? All someone has to do is step out of the way." Aaron reminded him, standing by his left shoulder. This way, Crystet and Free wouldn't be hit by any of this child's attacks. "You aren't the most rational person either, going by your movements. You also aren't the strongest if you actually think that spell can kill someone. It rends their flesh, but for such a spell, it should destroy bone as well, no?" Aaron mocked him, somewhat surprised at the naivety of the child. It should have been expected, however. Even though he was a god, they believed him to be a demon. The ultimate spell should have easily killed a monster, even if it was a weaker version.

"Shut up, demon! You should not speak! Demons are our opposition! I bet you teamed up with the Demon King in hopes to spread your influence!" The teenager yelled off of baseless conjecture. He had no idea what he was actually talking about. He didn't know what had actually happened. "No, you idiot. I killed that monstrous pig after he tried to eat this child. You haven't been paying attention to what we've actually been doing, and you just immediately assume us as pure demons because you summoned us here." Aaron rebuked, making his face turn back to that of a skeleton. "I mean, I am a skeleton, but you don't need to go around proclaiming that I'm a demon simply because you're the part of the group that brought me and the 'Demon Lord', my friend Crystet, here. We could be setting up a friendly business here, and you could have simply ruined it." Aaron explained, his face turning back into that of a human.

"Shut up! I won't fall for any of your lies, monster! You serve the Demon Lord, and I must kill you!" The teenager yelled, pulling off his cloak, revealing, somehow, an equipped set of armour and a broadsword. "Oh wow. Someone is trying to be a hero, aren't they? Well, I'm simply not going to fight you. Find someone else to do that. I won't try against you." Aaron simply responded. "Fine then. I'm at least going to take that child to safety!" The 'Hero' yelled as he rushed towards Free/Clair, and he was quickly met with a faceful of dirt.

"Now you made a mistake. I guess it's my time to be a [𝘽𝙞𝙜 𝙎𝙝𝙤𝙩]" Aaron stated, his eye's quickly flashing pink, and for a single second, one eye was pink while the other one was yellow. It's his time to be a big shot.

Now's your chance to be a [Big Shot]
