Hallucinations
The noise of leaves crunching under someone's feet was causing ripples to form inside the thick silence of the forest. Birds were sitting back in their nests silently watching over the tall man who was making its way through the forest slowly and casually.
After everyone failed to find the crown prince Draveric, Eric took the responsibility on his lone shoulder to look for him. Not only was he worried for his wellbeing but also about the threats to his throne in his absence. Being the closest to him he knew how much Eric respected and adored his father so his sudden death must have surely taken a toll on his mental health which was another cause of concern for him.
