Are you ready to embark on a new adventure to a high school campus with teen werewolves, where the competition is not between Alpha and Alpha for the territory, but an Alpha and a Sigma- or are they even competitors? David Matthew, the Alpha-in-training of the Eclipse Pack has been preparing to take over the leadership of his pack and over the disputed Crescent territory by fighting his prime enemies- the Alphas of the Orion and Moon packs. But his expectations are largely subverted when he finally comes face-to-face with the rumoured Alpha of the Moon pack for the first time, Nora Rovery. _ Nora Rovery has led a mostly secluded life uptil now- scorned by her father, disregarded by her mother and her existence largely hidden from the public eye, under a carefully-crafted web of lies. She has understandably set high hopes for her first day at the new high school- which promptly seems like a bad idea within the first thirty seconds of encountering the school bully, David Matthew. Come along on this ride with David and Nora, who are born to be enemies, but end up forging their own path, true to their rebel spirits.
David's pov :
I don't know what was taking over my better senses - it was probably the Devil, because the anger currently burning inside the pit of my stomach was no less in intensity than the infamous hellfire!
Only I know how hard I had tried to make sure that this plan of revealing the true identity of this princess went smoothly, but Robin had to come and ruin it all! I am not sure when the hell he would realise, that people always trick him because of his naivete.
Still, I somehow managed to tame my anger and left the jungle to head towards the school premises. Because if I had not done that, I knew it would have resulted in a great fight between the two of us. And I would never fight with my brother, my one and only brother; and the second cause was of course, that Ryan Holland!
If there is anyone I hate after this pretty liar of a princess, then it is Ryan!
Yes, there was a time when we used to be friends in grade school, and people used to consider the two of us as inseparable. But the truth had always been hidden in the dark corners of that bright smile that punk used to wear!
He cheated me… cheated me of the throne. He cheated a friend- his own friend- to participate in the blind race for power!
Yes, I was hurt, very hurt in fact. But to be honest, whatever he had done not only led me to reveal the reality of life, but it also showed me what kind of faces innocent- looking people actually put on.
So people might think that I am the devil itself, a cruel devil with no heart. But I am not going to defend myself, because it is true : I am a devil, a devil with his true colours visible to people.
And I am happy with it! This is the only thing which was giving me the strength to walk forward, after returning from the jungle. I could not put a finger on exactly what was bothering me since I left the jungle, because there had been the presence of a sudden uneasiness in my chest, beginning from the moment I turned my back on the spot where Robin, Nora and Myron had been standing. And I was damn sure that it was not because of any fear, because David Matthew doesn't fear anything.
Hence, putting everything aside, I stepped into the corridor, looking for Ryan as soon as possible. To be honest, I am getting fed up with him, day by day, and need to remind him who is the boss here. I was trying to find Ryan, when that punk Louis appeared out of nowhere, right in front me. And not only that, but before I could have processed the fact that he seemed to have materialised a couple feet away from me, he grabbed my collar and started asking about Nora!
Like seriously, am I her personal bodyguard or assistant, that I would need to make sure if she was alright or not?! Yes, I was a little concerned about her not being conscious for so long… but I had left her in safe hands. I might be angry at Robin for taking the side of a stranger instead of his own brother, but I also know how responsible he is! So I was assured about her safety, but even though I was relatively relaxed, I still wanted to go back and make sure of it myself -
I did not get the time to continue with my thoughts, because while the blonde was blabbering about how close he and Nora were and that he wanted to kill me because of the danger I had put her in, I heard the sweet voice that had grabbed my attention during the very first of her appearances in my life.
I was about to say a quick prayer thanking the Moon Goddess for her safety, when I saw her hugging Louis, as the two were discussing that he was the one who had brought her to the school this morning.
Indeed, this girl was not trustworthy at all! It was her second day, and she had not only been successful in making two brothers stand on the frontline, but had also befriended one of her competitors.

Nora's pov :
I don't exactly remember when I fainted, or how I came back to my senses. But I was not feeling sick at all, because in all these years, time had trained me how to handle my pain and how to carry myself after being hurt, in spite of anything that might happen to me.
So all I wanted was to visit the school as soon as possible, because no matter what had happened to me, I could not bet on two things : one, letting my father know any of this and ending my independence with my own hands; and second, disappointing him once again. As I was sure by now, my birth was still the most disappointing event of his life, and it would probably remain so, forever.
However, after reaching the campus, I was confronted with a scene I had never imagined to be happening in any circumstances. And yet, it was surely going on in front of my eyes, and even though I didn't want to meddle in any scenario, my voice did! And before I knew it, I had already spoken a whole sentence in front of everyone!
Perhaps, the hatred for David had much deeper roots in my heart, than I was initially thinking - this could be the reason my subconscious overpowered my brain without thinking about the consequences. However, before my conscious brain could get the chance to run through all the events that had played out within a few seconds, Louis jumped on me. I was damn sure that he was a kangaroo disguising himself as a wolf, who had showered me with a downpour of questions within the duration of a blink. I was still shuffling through my head, trying to drum up the answers for the same, when I heard the sound of very familiar footsteps approaching us, and my brain froze out of fear.
