Arriving before the message

The soldiers just looked at each other in a daze in response to Rose's accusation.

It was a good thing that the captain of this group was able to react in the end.

He quickly came forward and gave a bow before saying, "My lady, we've never heard of any of this before. If you would just give us a bit of time, we'll go and confirm this with our superiors, as well as bring your family over to see you."

Then after a pause, he boldly said, "If you would come with us, we could also bring you to see your family right now."

Rose gave a snort before saying, "Is this how my family will treat me? Perhaps I should just leave then?"

The captain trembled when he heard this before quickly shaking his head and saying, "My lady, we would never do something like that. It's just that…"
