Love Can't Be Compelled.

"You will have your revenge!"

"I don't want revenge, Elijah." Klaus looked at his brother. Tears floated in his eyes.

He should have known, it was too good to be true.

"From the moment I laid my eyes on her!" He told her, "All I have ever wanted is her!"

Elijah was speechless. What could he say? He had no words. He was the one who had killed his brother's happiness. He had put the false foundation of it. It would have come down in pieces. He should have known better.

"Nothing more to live for." Klaus told him, "If she hates me….."

"She doesn't hate you!" Kol said.

"She ran out!"

Klaus Mikaelson held the stake to his chest,

"I can't get anything by killing you." He said, "But….I'll put myself out of my misery."

"Nik!"

"Niklaus!"

"Klaus!"

Klaus Mikaelson closed his eyes. The stake went through his jacket, his shirt, his skin, and his chest. He started to feel the burning sensation run through his skin.

"What the hell is the matter with you?"

He heard her.

"You are killing yourself?" Caroline shouted.

"Caroline…?" She zoomed towards him, took the stake from his hand, and threw it on the floor.

"What the hell do you think you are doing?"

She was still wearing her wedding dress. He couldn't believe his eyes.

"You came back?"

"Of course, I came back!" Caroline replied. "I had just gotten a shock. I needed time to process it!"

"She came back?" Kol was shocked as much as Klaus was.

"I didn't love you because Elijah told me to." Caroline told him. "He just forced me to date you…..I could have gone home after one."

"What?"

"I love you." She admitted. "I processed it, I saw it. I loved you then, I love you still."

"You do?" Elijah and Klaus looked at her.

"I'll deal with you later!" Caroline told him sharply.

Caroline and Klaus Mikaelson were married sixteen hours after she had actually planned. But she didn't care. She was happy.

It was just her, Klaus, Stefan, Rebekah and Kol.

Caroline asked Elijah to leave. She couldn't see him standing there, while she recited her vows.

Elijah Mikaelson was banished from the wedding by Klaus and Caroline.

He left with no objections. He couldn't look either of them in the eye.

Klaus and Caroline came inside the house, and he went to fetch a bottle of champagne, when Kol stopped.

"What's wrong?" Caroline asked.

"It's gone."

"What is?"

"The white oak." He told his sister-in-law.

"What?" Klaus dropped the bottle. It smashed.
