**Emanuel Meneses:** *(authoritative)* Take care of our wounded, boys. Let's get them back to HQ and make sure they're patched up.

As the wounded were attended to, Josh and Mark, still flushed with adrenaline and worry, made their way to Roxanne, who had been waiting anxiously during the fierce firefight.

**Josh Cruz:** *(apologetic)* Roxanne, I'm so sorry for not telling you about this part of my life. I never meant to involve you in something like this.

Roxanne, with a compassionate smile, reached out and touched Josh's arm.

**Roxanne Ramirez:** *(understanding)* It's okay, Josh. What matters is that you're safe. Are you alright? You're wounded.

Josh's eyes met Roxanne's, filled with gratitude for her understanding.

**Josh Cruz:** *(grateful)* I'll be fine, thanks to Mark here.
