Shadow Clone Jutsu

"I am the owner of this house," Kushina stated and frowned, "I didn't give you permission to be in my house,"

"It was Naru-"

Rem couldn't finish as Kushina shot toward him at her full speed, the air rippled under the force at which Kushina propelled toward Rem. His eyes could barely keep up and Rem felt tempted to activate his Sharingan but this was Jonin level speed, he hadn't still gotten used to the Uchiha Sharingan yet so it wasn't such a wise decision to unleash such a technique.

Rem pumped Chakra into his feet and leapt backwards, just in time as Kushina's feet landed on the ground and sent a tremor through the entire yard.

"Such intense strength," Rem muttered as Kushina's crimson eyes locked onto his gray orbs.

"You're not getting away so easily," Kushina said and moved toward him once again.

Rem knew he was outmatched here and he couldn't help but smile as he circulated his Chakra into his leg muscles, His speed was at the Mid-Chunin rank but he could push it even further by increasing his Chakra flow… after pumping the Chakra through his leg muscles, he was calculably able to go at High-Chunin level speeds.

There was a significant increase but Chunin level speed and Jonin level speed were two entirely different things, Kushina threw a punch at him and Rem blocked it.

Slowly but surely, Rem could feel his eyes adjusting to her great speed- he could feel his Kekkei Genkai getting to work even though it wasn't activated.

"Should I try one of my skills?" Rem wondered as he dodged a punch from Kushina.

There was only one skill he could think of right now- Black Flash. He was an Academy student and the amount of battles he could get into were just between him and his classmates which he far surpassed but facing someone that was stronger than him brought a new outlook to Rem-

"An opportunity," Rem said while blocking yet another punch from Kushina, even though Rem's bones were creaking, his determination shone through the pain.

Rem gave a quick glance to the 'Black Flash' skill.

'Since it's a skill that occurs in a trillionth of a second of an attack,' Rem thought, 'It should be really hard to meet the requirements, after all, How am I supposed to be able to calculate the time at which reality will distort?'

The Black Flash was a technique that demanded the utmost concentration; Rem was dedicated to focus himself on reaching that trillionth of a second of a blow…

His eyes narrowed quickly as he concentrated his body, mind and soul into his next blow. Kushina's punch, laced with the destructive components of her Chakra was dodged and Rem gave a small smirk as he threw a punch forward.

His focus was centered around that punch and reaching that trillionth of a second of a blow… black sparks of lightning surrounded his fist as he gave a small smile.

"Black Flash!"

But Rem didn't get the timing right, the black sparks of lightning briskly vanished and Kushina dodged his punch.

'Fuck, I didn't expect to flunk it on the first time I was using it,' Rem thought.

Black Flash was sure to be powerful but Rem hadn't gotten the grasp of it yet, sure he knew what he had to do but he didn't concentrate enough and lost the black sparks that he was desperately trying to generate.

"What kind of Jutsu was-?!"

"Mom! Are you beating up my friend?!"

The question came so sudden that Rem and Kushina stopped to turn to the owner of that voice, Rem heaved a sigh of relief as he saw Naruko.

'Damn, her dress is hot,' Rem thought as Naruko wore clothes that hugged her body nicely, featuring all her curves and even her bodacious boobs.

"I just go to the study for some minutes and then you start beating up one of my friends," Naruko said with a sigh and Rem turned to Kushina, the Jonin that was ready to beat him up ruthlessly before.

She was rubbing her head embarrassedly…

'This is a mother-daughter bond,' Rem thought with a little bit of jealousy.

He never got the chance to be this close with his mother, she was always frail and sickly but- He felt happy, happy at seeing someone had a perfect mom…

But nevertheless Jealous, Rem knew that he had to play it cool.

"Oh hey Naruko," Rem said with a wave.

Kushina sighed nervously and Naruko rushed over to Rem.

"Don't mind Mom, she's like that," Naruko said, "But next time you're coming, you could tell me beforehand,"

"Sure," Rem said.

"And you were able to survive against Mom, huh? You're a really strong person," Naruko commented once again.

After being friends with Naruko for quite a while, Rem was able to learn something- This girl hated the weak and valued the strong, Rem wasn't sure what kind of Kekkei Genkai she had but he knew she had a large well of Chakra.

'And I wonder if I can gain other Kekkei Genkai too,' was Rem's new thought.

The System had given him a notification: 'Skills from other worlds are available'… right?

There should be a skill that might be able to help him copy Kekkei Genkai too. But Rem wouldn't know that until he searched and he had far more important things to do than to search through the Shop panel until he found it.

"So any specific reason you stopped by?" Naruko asked.

"I just wanted to see how you're doing," Rem replied, "And get material to study for the Graduation Exam,"

Naruko puffed her cheeks and turned her face to the right.

"Why don't you go meet Sakura?" Naruko asked.

"Come on, you know I'm your friend and I'm really strong," Rem replied while putting on a pleading expression.

"Keep thinking like that,"

Kushina couldn't help but chuckle at the scene, It seemingly reminded her of one of the arguments that she had with Minato.

"Well I have a mission in the Land Of Wind so I'll be back in at least a week," Kushina said.

If it's a Jonin mission, Rem knew that it could be complex and he gave a small nod of appreciation.

"Alright mom, See you in a week," Naruko said and then grabbed Rem's hand, "I'll be studying with Rem,"

"Hmph!"

Kushina disappeared into thin air and Rem could barely keep up with her.

'So she wasn't using her full speed,' Rem thought.

"Don't mind my mom, she's really overprotective," Naruko said as they got to the living room.

"All moms are," Rem said and sat down on the sofa.

"So you want to study?" Naruko asked.

"Yeah, even if the graduation exams are months away, I still want to study for them in advance y'know," Rem replied.

"The theoretical exams, right?" Naruko asked while doing a hand sign, "Shadow Clone Jutsu!"

Rem's eyes widened in surprise as Naruko created an exact clone of herself, what surprised him was the fact that the clone was physical- not like a Clone from the Clone Jutsu- this one was physical and he could hear the clone's footsteps as she went upstairs.

"What kind of jutsu is that?" Rem asked.

"Oh, It's one of my dad's jutsu," Naruko replied pridefully, "It's the Shadow Clone Jutsu and it can create an exact clone of yourself, but it takes a lot of Chakra to manifest a single clone- once the clone is dispelled, memories of the clone come rushing back as well,"

Rem smiled, this Jutsu opened a lot of possibilities and avenues for training.

"How did it go-?" Rem muttered as he did the hand sign, "Shadow Clone Jutsu!"

"It took a lot of time before I was able to master the correct amount of chakra to push into each cl-"

Naruko couldn't finish what she was saying as two identical clones appeared beside Rem, each of them giving her a wink.

"You're right, it takes much chakra but the pros outweigh the cons," Rem said, Once he created a Shadow clone, it had it's separate amount of chakra and that reason alone made it a great jutsu.

"Rem… are you by chance a prodigy?" Naruko asked as the shadow clone returned with a big book, "You want to have a spar?"

"Didn't you promise your mom you would study?" Rem asked, he had never thought of being disobedient to his mother…

"Yeah, I'll catch up on studying later," Naruko said, "For now, I get this feeling in my belly that you're different now, not only did your eye color change but your entire demeanor and I want to battle you right now,"

"In other words, You want us to go all out," Rem translated.

"Yeah, An all-out fight. No holding back," Naruko said with a bright smile, "You better not hold back on me, because I'm going to be using my Shadow Clones to fight you as well,"

"You forget I have Shadow clones?" Rem asked with a chuckle, "You're on, Naruko!"
