A Shameless Question
"You really don't have to come till my apartment," Aviana Valos said to Evan who didn't even seem to be listening to her. It had been a while since she had a hearty dinner with the Livares family and now, Evan was preparing to see her off.
He said he won't be driving his bike as he wanted to chat with her while walking her home. It was why she said that he didn't have to come all the way to her apartment as it would be tough for him to return home by foot. She wanted to convince him to come just a short distance if he insisted to see her off but Evan was still firm in his decision.
"Do you really think I will agree to let you go home alone at this hour?" Evan Livares simply asked though Aviana looked quite serious. "I will only return after making sure that you arrive home safe and sound."
She looked at him and when he hopefully met her gaze, she sighed and ended up nodding. "Fine then." She picked up her bag and tried to carry it but Evan took it from her.
