Chapter 19

How she would be fine when she was in the hell of the Dessman family, that loved intrigues and appealed to each other's affairs.

"Prince Orig wants you to come; everyone at the party was asking about you, your grace."

She was interrupted by a voice of Taya's yawn; she asked Evail not to continue her speech and just accompany her to her room, as she was so tired of thinking.

Evail did not hesitate to carry out her madam's orders; she walked her to the room.

"If he asks you about me, tell him that the party is over for me, and none of the attendees deserves special treatment from me."

Taya stated, burying her head in the pillow. She felt that she was alone in this battle, but she had to endure; there was no time to give up.

She was helplessly staring at the necklace that he gave her; she found such a great contradiction in his personality that she could not tell what he exactly wanted, but never the less, she made her main to have his heart.

While Evail was going down the stairs to tell the prince Orig what his wife had said, she found the party was already done. It seemed that Orig got some kind of business, as his knights were waiting for him with folded fists and cold faces.

"Evail, maybe Taya is in an abusive mood after what my brother did to her; I can't talk to her; I have an emergency mission; do whatever she asks for."

Orig let out a sigh, then carried on talking with his men; they were in a hurry.

' I can't believe that Prince Orig cares about another girl's feelings; he never ever had any conversion with a lady other than his stepmother or his sister; it should be that the prince is falling for her grace.'

Evail thought; she avoided looking into his eyes, although his tone was calm but still made her shake.

"Don't leave her alone."

He added these words with a threatening tune, and Evail felt the weight of the great new responsibility that was thrown on her shoulders.

'What can a mere maid just do to protect her grace? I am not that strong to protect myself, even. How can I take care of someone else?'

Evail was straying in her thoughts; she did not notice when Orig left.

...

"What do you mean that he is going on a business trip like this without saying goodbye?"

Taya cried when she heard Evail's speech. Evail tried not to say more so that this bomb would not explode in front of her face.

'Okay, remember, Orig has already gone on a black mission for several days, and I thought he left me to have fun with another girl, and it turned out he had fallen into troubles, and because of that trap, Meral got closer to him; she used to heal his wounds while I was wiping my tears, and damn the heck, luck of mine.'

Taya thought, who got up from bed, to walk to the window; they didn't go far; she could see the dust-made horses.

"Is the horse of Sir Harry available?" Asked Taya, who had one idea, which was to catch up with her husband and protect him.

Evail was so nervous about what this lady might do; in her life she had never seen someone dared to interfere with Orig's work and stayed for the next day.

"Oh, my grace, are you good at riding a horse? Lord Harry gets angry if he knows that his favorite horse has disappeared," Evail muttered.

Lord Harry was Orig's grandfather, and he was a fan of horses; he did not like to touch anyone's horse.

"Don't worry, I learned to ride a horse when I was twenty-five."

Taya spelled out, then she set off with furious speed, making all the horses in the stable.

No one can control this horse; Taya had already ridden it in her previous life and was well aware of how to deal with it.

"At the age of twenty-five, isn't she an 18-year-old girl? Oh my Lord, what should I do? Prince Orig will kill me."

Evail stated in a shaking tone.

Taya had overcrossed the guards; she was sweating; she bit her lower lips; she had skipped an important point.

'I should've known that Prince Evino is in charge of everything; how was I overlooked by ignoring these points?'

She was in a hurry; she forgot to breathe well.

Taya took a different path, until he caught up with Orig and his men as soon as possible. If they left the city, she would not be able to stop what would happen later; she could not let her husband get hurt or let him run into another lady.

In the midst of Orig's conversation with his deputy in the leadership and some men about the day's mission, which suddenly pumped to them, the hunting dogs felt the arrival of a stranger; soonly they barked, and everyone slowed down their walk.

That white horse Taya rode it was as if she were flying over the sky, and that lady with a sharp look as she caught her breath, so sexy Orig was staring at her without even reacting with anything.

'Where I go, I find her on my face; what the hell is she trying to do?'

Orig was processing the possible reasons for her sudden arrival.

Orig knew this marriage was just a contract, and he had to put limits on her unresponsible actions. She couldn't simply stop their important mission, so he folded his fists.

"You can't go on that mission; it's a trap to set you up and your men; their goal here are the masters of the pentagram."

She gasped as the deputy commander and another man furrowed their eyebrows when they learned that her talk was about them.

Of course, these knights were not afraid of death; they were accustomed to beating, and even in the worst scenarios, they were the top of the class. They were tulips and never retreat.

Taya could read from their faces that no one cared about her words; even Orig did not show any reaction, which influenced her the most.

"Taya,"

Orig whispered; he just woke up from his daydreams; he didn't know that she could ride a horse.
