CLARA'S DECISION

Clara's p.o.v,

After hearing about her dad's condition she drove the car at huge speed and reached the hospital in next 20 minutes and enquired about the room details in reception with hurry tone after getting the details she rushed to the room where her dad admitted and opened the door with heavy sound. Abruptly everyone turned towards door there Clara stood by gasping heavily with sweaty face and entered the room in worried look.

Clara: What happened dad, why you have committed suicide?

(she screamed with her teary tone by holding her dad's hand into hers and her dad slightly raised his hand to remove the oxygen mask to speak out, his voice was cracked with shiver while he speak out)

Nik: D... ear, d...on't wo....rryy I...I'm fine ca....lm do ...wn

(for these words itself he is breathing heavily)

Clara: D...ad, no noo don't strain too much relax relax.

(she pampered him a little bit)

Nik: U....he....h, don't worry dear calm down I'm good, go first freshen up yourself and have some water, okay.

Clara: Okay dad, I'll be back soon untill that you take some rest.

(he nods his head and rested on the pillow comfortably and closed his eyes, once he closed his eyes she ran to her mother and took her out of the room to ask about Nik's condition indeatail.)

Clara: Mom, what's this how it is happened and when it happened, why don't you people let me know any of this, hmmmm.

(she almost shouted to her mom)

Jennifer: Clae, calm down relax, even I'm shocked while seeing your dad in that situation, infact I'm almost shattered.

Clara: Explain me indeatail mom, if not my head blast out please.

Jennifer: Once I came back home I found your dad on the floor unconsciously and sleeping pills were split nearby him and we rushed to the hospital, once doctor examined him completely he came to know that dad met his first cardiac arrest also he didn't took that pills, with god's grace he is alright now but doctor strictly instructed to take care of him very carefully and nothing should bother him for atleast 6 months untill he recovers thoroughly and most importantly none of the dreadful news should near him, if it so his condition will become worse even more and everything will be out of our hands. So help me to take care of dad, will you??

(after listening to her words she took a deep breath and sighed off then took her hands into hers to speak out)

Clara: Obviously mom, I'll take care of everything and you don't need to think too much about anything so please stay with dad for whole day and I'll bring off everything under control in our office, so you don't need to worry.

(she looked into her eyes with a thankful note and hugged her tightly, then they lead to the room, while their appearance a sister was monitoring Niklaus about his pulse and blood pressure and then she left the room. Clae steeped towards her dad and sat opposite to him, slowly Nik opened his eyes by hearing some speech near by, once his eyes found he wave his hands to come near so she rushed to him and waited for him to speak out.)

Nik: D...ea...r, will you do me a favor?

(initially she couldn't get what he is trying to tell but in next few seconds she got the point about what he will ask so she nodded her and he continued.)

Nik: C...Clae, will you m....marry the person whom I'm telling to defend our company, I...I know I'm selfish but this is our family business, i....if we lose this ou...r entire reputation will wash out s.... so p.... please help me, I.... I'm begging you.

( once he finish his words started to cough and breath heavily and she took a glas of water and feed him after that he came back to normal and look into her eyes with some expectations.)

Clara: Dad, first you take if your health and then we can figure it out, okay..

Nik: N...noo dear we just have one day that too ends by tomorrow so please t...ell me.

(after hearing this she decided to act as per Eric's idea so that she believe that she wont lose her and company too and sighed off before speak out.)

Clara: Okay dad, I'll do as per wish are you happy, first of all you need to take a good rest later we can discuss this further .

(once she made promise Nik took heavy breath and rested his head on pillow by letting out some tears and Clae adjusted his and left the room with heavy hearted. she really felt like someone pierced her heat while promising her dad because she really don't want to lose her dad's trust. After Clae's leave Nik called his secretary to dial Alex and he did as he said and the call got connected.)

Alex: Yes, Mr. Niklaus, have you decided?

Niklaus: Yes sir, I admit to your marriage proposal even I have got my daughter's consent, hence we can about this.

Alex: Sounds good, will meet to discuss about this further by Tomorrow.

(once Alex completed he hang up and turned to his routine but Nik was totally collapsed about his company and his medication took him into a deep sleep)
