WHO ARE THE HOBOST SOCIETY? PART 2

By 8:00am, the school siren sounded, we instantly went to our classroom. The day lecture began with Mathematics, which i found depressing and repressing. Oftentimes, i have been subdued by the unexplained nature of the subject, i kind of wonder how long i could survive the rough edges. Eventually, the class came to an end. Not to lie, I was excited. Few hours later, By 11:45am, it was the start of break, Madison, melody and i gather at the same table, only this time we had another in our midst, who happens to be kelvin. While we were having our lunch i noticed someone was calling me, which bothered me a lot, because I saw no one. But i soon realize the person who was calling me, was felicia crystal, the new girl in town. I was left stunned, cause i had no idea she would be enrolled in my school.

She was so excited to see me once again, so was i. She requested to join my friends and i on our table, which i undoubtedly granted. I guess my first meeting with her back in the town few years ago, had a great toll on me. I think i liked her to be my permanent friend. Thereafter, felicia was welcomed by my friends, they offered her a seat. Apparently, this charitable act of my friends caused a whole lot of controversy in school. Many people spoke rudely about my friends attitude towards the new girl. I had a reason to believe they do not appreciate the way my friends and i welcomed felicia with an open hand. You can call me old fashion, but I think they reacted that way because she was black. I also received the same reception as a woman of colour. It is sad, to see the next generation of humans exhibit such terrible character.

They were clearly racist, which is disappointing. Regardless, i have to believe they did not just become that person they revealed today. My truth is that this attribute was instilled in them by our society, which has failed in it's responsibility. Few seconds later, one of those racist student our society has been breeding, claimed that it was our relationship with melody that change our perspective. Well, I guess he didn't know I was a woman of colour. I have an ancestry home in South arias. But I could not agree less, melody does bring out the best in people. More so, my parent had made it their obligations to guide and protect my brother and i from the ills our society calls right and norms, which i so much appreciate them for.

To my surprise, that was not the end of the matter, I saw Elizabeth stand up to defend the integrity of felicia. It was right at that moment, i discovered Elizabeth wasn't all that bad, she had good in her. The only downside about her was the trust she had for her corrupt father, who intimidate the poor to make himself rich just like every other capitalist. This incident touched me deeply, I even intended to convince Madison and melody to give Elizabeth a chance. I came to a realization, in Elizabeth story, we are the bullies, who criticize her cause of the person her father is.

I said to myself, "if we had behave pleasant to her, she might not have been cruel to us in the first place." Well, now i know my mistake, and i am not afraid to apologize for it especially if It is the right thing to do. If i do not, i go against all the teachings and values my parent gave to me.

A while later, the siren sounded, as school break came to an end. My friends and I went back to our class. When I got to class, Mr Jerome our school principal was in our classroom. The student were a bit worried, what was the principal doing in our classroom? They all pondered.

"Student of scholar town high, I am sure right at this moment, you are wondering what I am doing here, I am here to look out for your best interest. I was informed by teachers of this great citadel of learning, that a mass number of students left the school early yesterday as a result of not having a club and society they are part of. I am here to inform you all that will not be tolerated. Right here, at scholar town high, club and society is important. Every student must be a member of one club, my humble self and some other administrative officers, have done our very best to ensure they are enough club for all the student of this great heritage. For example; Drama club, Rotary club, Debate and society, science club, science fiction club and even press club. In addition to that, I would like to inform you all, that the school newspaper (The blue and black) is looking for new writers and editors. If you are interested, come to my office to collect Application form. With that been said, enjoy your classes, and Good day." Principal Jerome said.

Few hours later, after school, James and I ended up at frisbee shop for our friends date. We had ordered a huge amount of burgers, it had been so long since i have done this, i am so glad james invited me. Shockingly, our fun came to an abrupt end the moment one of the customers at frisbee shop fainted. The people present at the restaurant would immediately drive the stranger to the hospital for treatment. However, before the doctor could prescribe or give the patient treatment, they needed to know the reason why the patient fainted. So the doctor conducted different test to find out the patient problem. After the conclusion of the test, it took about thirty minutes before the result was brought to the doctor, We were all inquisitive, we asked the doctor to explain to us what had happened to the patient.

The doctor sighed. "From the result, we discovered that the patient has been exposed to a harmful chemical which seems to have damage his lungs, making it hard for him to breathe." Doctor muttered.

Mr casey, one of the people who brought the young man to the hospital along with me, was worried and concerned. "What kind of chemical could do this?" Mr Casey asked.

"kyposium, one of the most harmful chemical in the world" Doctor said.

"Who could be making use of kyposium?" I wondered.

Mr casey coughs, "Question, were exactly do they get such chemical?" Mr Casey asked.

The doctor was in awe, "Sincerely speaking i do not know." Doctor said.

"Kyposium is gotten from a desolate town palmilia, there is a mythology behind it existence. It is believed that a little amount of kyposium got exposed and wiped out the palmilia entire population. From recent study conducted, it is said that the chemical does not kill instantly, it take time before the effect is seen. Many survival claim that the chemical gives one his unachievable desire. Which means, it first get its victims addicted to a point they would fail to realize the terrible effect it has on their body. From all indications, here is my theory, the patient has one way on the other taking or inhale the street drug which is going across town, 'DAWINGE'. This drug is said to have a little bit of kyposium in it which get his user addicted". I said.

"Oh my goodness!" Mr casey exclaimed. That is terrible, what exactly is the world turning into?! Doctor what exactly are we going to do know?". Mr Casey asked.

"uhh, well, all i can say at the moment is that the victim is currently stable". Doctor Kenny said.

Some Hours later, I was on my way home, before i arrived home, i saw ben who tried flirting with me just like he does to other girls, unfortunately for him, i am not other girls. I immediately turned down his request before he even thought of asking me out, which at the moment seemed right until i found out that my thought was absolutely different from the question ben wanted to ask of me. Initially, i found out from melody that ben did the same thing to her, it seems he did not trust Madison's recent behaviour and believes there is a reason to all that she is doing, and he is determined

to find out that reason. This incident made me realize so many people are onto us, who is to say deputy sheriff oliver is not aware of our intention? it was high time we end this menace before it bad fortune cause us a lot.

By 8:00pm, while my family and i were having dinner, all of a sudden, we began to hear screams. Madison and ben were at it again, this definitely did not amaze me, not one bit. Surprisingly, both parties stopped. I was worried, what exactly happened!
