Scars To A Playgirl

...Invincible yet broken, she played a dangerous game... Tiana Almirez is an illegitimate child born into a rich family. She is a smart girl with a case of low self esteem. Or at least she was. After she forms an unlikely relationship with a third generation heir from her school, who is every bit fun and screams 'trouble', that timid girl is transformed into a confident and strong playgirl. Unknown to most people, Tiana actually lives a double lifestyle. To others, she's an invincible girl with a perfect life but alone, behind closed doors, she's nothing more than a broken and damaged girl struggling with her failing mental health. Lucas Williams is a teenager who has dealt with his fair share of mental health issues. When he is transferred to a new school, he can't help but immediately notice the popular girl whose eyes were so desperately screaming the very thing he had wanted the people around him to hear when he was at his lowest, 'Save Me!' What happens when Lucas feels the need to help this girl? Will she appreciate his help? Or will she hate him for it? What can Tiana do when the new boy at school suddenly threatens to tear down her perfect mask? Will she be able to keep her facade going? Or will she find herself falling in love with the very boy she regarded her archenemy?

NOT THAT DEEP

Tiana's POV

"A red dress", I typed out and hit send.

"With black accessories", I sent to Sky after some thought.

"Ok", he replied.

"Should I be excited?", he asked.

"Obviously. You know, I never disappoint", I replied.

"Lol, yes. My 'dna' indeed", he responded. I chuckled and exited our chatbox.

I scrolled aimlessly through my phone before I finally put it down. I got up and walked to the window. I stared at the stars in deep thought when the sound of my phone ringing, jolted me out of my thoughts. I picked up and it was a caller ID I never expected to see at least so soon.

"Hello?"

"You are going to appear to the media tomorrow?", the deep male voice I was familiar with asked and my heart skipped beat. I didn't realize how much I had already missed him so.

"How did you know?", I asked calmly.

"I thought you were on self imposed work sabbatical?", I asked.

"I was....I am", he replied.
