Chapter Eighty Two

Benice finds Blaze in their father's study. She closed the door and locked it, then walked over to him, who was reading a book on the sofa. She took a deep breath and sat on the wooden table opposite Blaze until their knees met.

Blaze glanced at his sister and closed the book after slipping a barrier. "You want to go back to talking about the problem earlier?"

Benice nodded. He sighed and put the book on the table, right next to where she was sitting. Then he looked closely at her. "Okay, talk. I will listen."

"You know the reason why I forbade seeing her at the hospital, right?" Benice started the conversation.
