Homeless...

February 9th,

BOOM!

It was just two minutes after we had ran into the woods that our house exploded. Within minutes, our house was burnt to ashes, the whole structure was falling apart; I didn't know when I screamed.

"Nooooooooooooo!!!" Lissa drew me close as we all sat on the grass, crying. I loved this home so much; I had so many good and bad memories, which I cherished in that house. Within minutes the fire fighters had come to put out the fire and rest of us were still clueless about what to do next.

"W-we could've died"

"But we didn't. We came out just in time."

"Don't you get it?! Danielle's going all out to kill us! She now sees this as a game where we are her prey!" I said, crying again as I looked at Tony, helpless.

"I know...t-this isn't what we expected....we're dealing with real danger here-" Ray said.

"But where are we going to live now? All our clothes and properties were all in there...my phone too. Where do we go?" Lissa asked, sniffing.

"Why?....why?" I heard Ray whisper. I looked away, feeling guilty for what happened.

If only I had held her close...if only I hadn't let her go...

It's not your fault she betrayed you...

"Lord...please deliver us from the evil that Dany's plotting against us....she's destroyed our house and now we're homeless...what did we ever do to deserve this? Is this how she pays me back for being gentle with her and accepting her back after all the hurt she's caused me...." I said, breaking into tears again as Ray laid his head on my shoulder.

"It's okay sis. The Lord would restore everything we've lost to Dany's hands..." he said as I patted his head.

"Don't cry, please...or I'll cry too." Lissa said, stroking my hair as I hugged her.

"We have to stay strong...this plan of hers was meant to kill us but we barely escaped- that's to show you that she'll keep failing and God would deliver her to us." Tony said.

"I suggest we go to Aunt Isabella's place, it's the closest." Tony said. He was always so sharp; I wondered if this situation even shook him at all. But when I looked up at him, I saw in his eyes that he was deeply worried and distressed. I envied him for being able to always keep his emotions under check. He turned to me with a sad smile and stretched a hand to me.

"Sandra? Raymond? Oh my darlings!" Came the beautiful sound of aunt Bella's voice. She hugged us both, together with Lissa and Tony. I like the way she treated everyone like family.

"Come in, come in. Have a seat. You're all looking so pale and tired. You eyes are all puffy too. What's the matter, children?" She asked, giving each of us a cup of warm chocolate milk. We all exchanged looks; we didn't know how to explain the whole situation to her.

"Auntie, our house exploded-"

"What?! How?! When?!" She asked, alarmed as she rushed to us, checking our bodies. "I hope you're not hurt anywhere-"

"No we're not, auntie. But we're homeless now..." Ray said as she sat back in her seat.

"How did this happen? Do your parents know?"

"Not yet. It happened this evening. Auntie, what do we do? All our clothes and stuff got burnt in the explosion. How do we resume at school with nothing? We have no notes, bags, laptops.....they're all destroyed." I said, crying again as she patted my arm.

"It's okay pumpkin. You don't have to cry. I'lll call your mum and let her know. I'm so sorry for this huge loss children. Just go make yourselves feel at home. I'll tell Jamie and Carl to help you all settle in. Have you had something to eat yet?" She asked as we shook our heads. Soon, we ate a delicious meal and went to sleep.

I tossed and turned but couldn't sleep. I looked at Lissa who snored softly and Jamie who slept with her arms and legs all over the place. I let out a deep sigh.

Lord I can't sleep. The loss of our house is too much to bear and it seems Dany's winning. There's so much we haven't done. Those kids are still being held captive and we no longer have access to the wierd house...Lord how do we go about this? Dany's become a monster and she's getting worse everyday...how could she bomb our whole house?....how?
