He responded, I’m very happy for you!!!!!!!!!!!!

And he wondered would he ever find someone to be with. The last several years, he was alone most of the time. He had dates, and none ever panned out. He never dated anyone more than a few months, always comparing those relationships with what he used to have with Mikhail. He sighed and fell asleep.

The next day, Solomon was at work when Markus, one of the cooks, came up to him.

“Solomon, how are you today?”

He stopped what he was doing and said, “Markus, I’m fine, and you?”

Markus moved closer and said, “My closest friends call me Mark. You can call me that.” He blushed.

“Thank you, Mark.” Solomon wasn’t sure why he said that. While they’d been friendly, they surely weren’t friends. “So, what’s up? We have to prep for the lunch crowd.”
