Romance Among Humans

Note: this book was originally - Navigating Romance as a werewolf among humans. This is an untraditional werewolf story. Cover art is not my own. Please let me know if I need to take it down. "In order to survive the changing world, we must learn to live among humans or risk starving." it wasn't the ideal situation, but the only option to stop the pack and most importantly, their pups from suffering due to a lack of food. "Humans are weird though. How can you get used to being around them and their confusing nature?" Apryl asked, looking out across the campus. "You get used to it after some time, plus it's not like we're the only ones who live among the humans." Keith replied, shrugging as he looked over the campus as well. This story follows Apryl Dark, eldest daughter of the Dark Mountain wolf pack as she and her family adjust to living among humans and the trials that face them. The book may start out slow, but there will be a mix of both romance and action as the story progresses. No More After This

Chester wasn't amused by the way things were turning out. He felt oddly uncomfortable trying to engage Apryl in the playful manner that she was approaching him with. He hadn't missed around with other wolves in this manner in years.

The female werewolf didn't seem deterred by his lackluster reaction towards her attempt to engage him in a playful manner. If anything, she seemed more determined to push him into doing what she wanted him to.

The taller wolf put his ears down when she yipped at him, demanding that he play with her.

"Do you really think that I look like someone who wants to do that?" He asked glancing over to where Keith and Callum were bickering and rolling around.

"Yes. I think you just don't want people to know that you have that side." Apryl said confidently as she crouched down again. The other knew this likely meant that she was going to try and tackle him again. Something that he didn't want anything to do with.
