Romance Among Humans

Note: this book was originally - Navigating Romance as a werewolf among humans. This is an untraditional werewolf story. Cover art is not my own. Please let me know if I need to take it down. "In order to survive the changing world, we must learn to live among humans or risk starving." it wasn't the ideal situation, but the only option to stop the pack and most importantly, their pups from suffering due to a lack of food. "Humans are weird though. How can you get used to being around them and their confusing nature?" Apryl asked, looking out across the campus. "You get used to it after some time, plus it's not like we're the only ones who live among the humans." Keith replied, shrugging as he looked over the campus as well. This story follows Apryl Dark, eldest daughter of the Dark Mountain wolf pack as she and her family adjust to living among humans and the trials that face them. The book may start out slow, but there will be a mix of both romance and action as the story progresses. Talking with Keith in person was going to be harder than texting back and forth. She supposed that was how it worked with everyone.

What her mother had said really didn't sit well with Apryl. Even if she thought that the other had a point and appreciated her honest opinion regarding the situation. An opinion that she had asked the other for, it still made things harder for her.

It meant that what her friends had tried to tell her carried more weight than she thought it would. She had bet on the fact that her mother would say she wanted her to stick around, not side with what everyone else had been telling her.

Her mother not doing this meant that she was going to have to bring it up again and have a long discussion with everyone about it the next day. She might even have to consider taking Keith up on his offer depending on things went. That was something that she really didn't want to do.
