Chapter 15 - Reason of The Incident

Drake saw how deep the gaze from his sword master was. Marven must be wondering if Drake was the reason for what happened in the news. Because as strong as Drake was, that's just absurd to clean half of the city into dust.

Zone west was a neutral zone with one Magician Sora Tower as the protector. Though in that zone they didn't have many great Sora working there, the tower was connected with other Sora towers, simply defining them as allegiance.

Marven closed the door and said, "I know you're hiding something. What happened in the zone west, are you one of the causes?"

Drake knew what he was doing. When he did the research of who the kid's owner was, his mind was determined to make his mood better. Beat up those pathetic men last night did nothing but make his mood worse. So when the moonlight was still intact on the sky, Drake made up his mind to release what he was holding inside.

When his mouth was dancing with the heaven words, his mana was the most effective support to carry the result of his chanting. He never tried to do it in the real world. But as soon as the ground started to shake, he knew what amazing power he had.

Actually, he only wanted to shake the mansion of that man, bury what inside to the ground. But he never expected how strong it would be, so half of the city was affected. It did take a lot of his energy.

By how his mind was doing the chanting, Drake made sure not to touch the ground with the people on it. But who knows how many people died in that horrendous city.

They let people who were slaves living in hell, yet some of them were held captive to work in mining and factories. Do not mention they provide for human experiments to enhance the magic in Sora. This is why Samoa did not look so bad in his eyes.

Looking back at Marven, Drake asked, "How do you connect that incident with me?"

As the gang leader, Marven knew how friends and his enemy near him work. Doing that big kind of havoc under one night, not even one of the people he knew could do that. But strangely, with Drake's secret identity, there was a doubt in his mind that Drake was the reason for the incident.

Marven gritted his teeth. "Listen Drake, I don't know how ridiculous you are, but that place was not a playground. You couldn't destroy the neutral zone, not while you're still with us. Too much risk to gamble." Marven surely didn't want his trace to lead into him or other Samoa members. War with the neutral zone, he couldn't win fighting those Sora around the world.

Drake actually didn't want Marven to know. He just wanted to make sure they didn't see him as a monster. "How do you know it was me?"

"No one possess the power like that, Drake. But with how your mana is, it might be possible somehow if you increase the power. I'm not that stupid to calculate all of that."

Drake let out the long breath. "I will tell you everything tonight. But I have to go somewhere first." He was sure need to get back to dragon dimension and meet Rohans. After all, this meeting would be the last before receiving his heaven mission.

Marven then turned his back, he said his last word before leaving Drake's room, "This is the first and last time I tolerate your doing. There'll be a meeting between neighbor areas right away, and that's why I could wait for your explanation. Don't forget about it tonight."

Drake understood how Marven thought. If the incident was being traced back to Samoa, they sure would meet the death. Even if they people joined power, facing high rank Sora around the world was impossible.

There was a limitation on how Samoa used their power. But not when Drake came into the picture. That's way, he had to move faster with his plan.

In the afternoon, Drake finally arrived at the waterfall. Like what he had been doing for 2 years, Drake together with Hora, took his safe place and created the sigil. He safely entered the dimension without any difficulties. Different than he was two years ago.

When the dimension appeared in his eyes, he finally met with Rohans and Elmon. With the same scenery as before, they were standing there waiting for Drake.

Elmon with his new bigger appearance, looking so formidable compared to the little bunny. But same with Hora, Elmon could manipulate his form for his own benefit.

"Drake, this would be the last time I would accompany your journey before finally taking my long rest." Rohans said gracefully,

As the message from heaven could only be heard by spirit guides, the presence of Dragon was surely essensial. Hora never once received a message from heaven. This was also his first experience.

"Are you ready kid?" Rohans said to Hora, before flying above not far from him.

"Yes. I'm ready." As soon as he said that, Hora flew following Rohans. And they flew high in the sky, preparing to receive the heaven message.

It was similar to the last time when Drake received the blessing. There was a bright light in the sky, diving into the ground. Hora and Rohans were flying circling around it as they seemed to find the perfect time. Not long after, Hora started swimming inside the light.

And just like the last time with how Rohans did transferring the blessing, right now the dark blue scale on Hora's skin turned into bright warm yellow. He then flew to Drake together with the wind.

In Front of his human, Hora then roared with a loud voice. And right after, he was speaking with heaven language. The voice was different and it's more graceful than his original tone.

"Son of Adams, you are full of heaven bless. As the blessing swims on your veins, bring back to heaven the missing creature." Hora said as Drake was on his knee to the ground, like a knight ready to receive the verdict.

"Bring back to us the Son of Hercules, as the road you perceive will lead into your victory."

When Hora finally finished transferring the message, he was back into his normal form with dark blue scales back glistening on his skin.

He then laid his body on the ground. He never thought, as a powerful heaven creature as a dragon, he could still feel this tired receiving the heaven message.

"Son of Hercules…." Drake wondered if that person is also a chanter from different sorcerers. There were a total five sorcerers in the first place, with only one descendant could be a chanter. But it was more than a thousand years ago that heaven stopped giving their blessing.

Is this person a new chanter like him?

"No it's not." Rohans said to Drake.

"By you mean it's not, then this person lived as a chanter for a thousand years? Because it's sure heaven didn't give their blessing at the time." Drake's mind was wild imagining the scenario. Not even a human could live more than a thousand years.

Rohan sighed, "You have to find it by yourself Drake," He then looked at his son who was resting on Drake's leg. "It's the time I have to go. Hora will help you on your journey ahead. Together with Elmon."

"Thank you, Rohans." This time, Drake bowed slightly to Rohans before he was flying above, going nowhere he could find.

As the images of Rohan vanished, Elmon explained to Drake his purpose. "I've had an agreement with the high deity himself. There's so much I have to take care of, but following you will lead me to that."

Drake was wondering how this bunny monster was so sure with the road he would take. But there's no loss having one more strong companion. "Then you have to help me along the way, until the time you're ready to be apart."

He decided he was going to bring Elmon on their journey. Hora then said this to Drake, "Don't worry Drake, I have a leash on him."

As for Elmon, he just wants to find a way to reach his goal. He too understood how heaven leashed him to Hora, afraid he broke his promise by choice.

"Decide wisely when you need my power, Drake. When heaven creatures like Hora couldn't fight with earth creatures, I could make them easily bend his knees for you. But as much as the underground energy you used, it will corrupt your blessed energy."

Elmon power was so tempting to be owned. For a normal person, they would sell their soul to this monster. "Right, nothing was free."

That bunny monster was proud of how this human could have control over himself. He was sure, as a descendant of heaven sorcerers, they couldn't be compared to other normal humans.

Drake then said to his friends, "Come on, let's go back to the real world, as the journey starts there."
