“This is a hard one. The snow is heavier, and the air is colder. Snowmelt will come late, I think. Mrs. Tiller, we’re going to be stranded in this cabin for quite a spell. As you can see, it’s just one big room except for the bathing room and a storage closet or two, but we’ll manage.”
