92. Infiltrating Quire royal family mansion

After the battle was temporarily halted since the Quire army 'fled' the battlefield, everyone helped carry the injured to the healer camp.

"Andy can you help the ones who are critically injured?" asked Elenor

"Sure"

Andy activated his Healer's eyes and healed the critically injured soldiers, whereas other healers tended to the injuries of other soldiers.

Once they were finished healing the patients, the Rhodes reinforcements arrived to the camp.

"Headmistress we have came here on order of the king, he commanded us to follow your every order on the battlefield. Please give us our further orders."

Said the person in change of the reinforcement army.

"We have plenty of lunch and tea, help yourselves" said Elenor

"..."

After that reinforcement army helped themselves and sat around the camp and had lunch and tea as someone explained to them the current situation of the battlefield.

While everyone was relaxing and enjoying their meal, Andy went near Elenor

"Elenor let's get away from here, we don't have to worry about Quire army for some time"

Elenor looked around a little and then bashfully said

"Can you use your invisible skill again so we can run away from here without anyone noticing?"

But Andy didn't say anything and raised his palm in front of her with a teasing smile. Elenor shyly grabbed his arm and they walked out of the camp while holding hands. Many soldiers who were having lunch spit out their food in surprise when they saw this scene, the headmistress was holding hands with a man while looking down with a flushed face.

Once they reached a secluded place, Andy grabbed her waist in his hands and gave her a long kiss.

"Why do you always tease me so much?" asked Elenor with a red face.

"Which man doesn't like teasing a beauty?" said Andy and then kissed her again.

"Elenor it is time, let's go to the royal family grounds of Quire kingdom"

Elenor's face turned pale when she heard that and thought about what happened last time.

"No way! We will never go to that place! Even if you have such strong skills, that girl's skills were really in-comprehensive and who knows if she even showed her true power in our last fight or was holding back. Andy let's just leave this country and go to a far away place together with your family"

"Don't worry about anything Elenor, even if we can't defeat her, I still have a skill which guarantees our escape, and I am not talking about that invisible skill, I have another skill. Let's go test her out a bit, in case we can't defeat her I promise I won't risk my life and flee from there using my skill."

"But- Mmm~" before Elenor could object, Andy once again sealed her lips.

"Lets go Elenor" said Andy and casted invisible barrier around them as they slipped into the territory of Quire kingdom.

Once they reached a city near the border in Quire kingdom, Andy undid the invisible barrier and they took a carriage towards the capital city of Quire kingdom.

Ever since the last war between Quire and Rhodes kingdoms, the Quire kingdom was ruled by the same girl who annihilated Elenor's party and she came to be known as the queen of Quire kingdom, but no one knew her true name, everyone just referred to her as the queen.

After the queen annihilated the royal family and defeated Elenor she forcefully took the throne. Anyone who tried objecting was instantly killed by her, whereas others pledged allegiance to her.

But the queen didn't do much during these years, she appointed a powerful mage of Quire kingdom to do her bidding and wasn't to be disturb until anything urgent comes up. It seemed like she was just lazing around in the royal family mansion while waiting for something. Day after day and year after year, the queen seemed to be getting more and more annoyed and impatient and recently issued an order that anyone who could bring her the fire princess of Rhodes kingdom unharmed would become her right hand person and 2nd in command of Quire kingdom and she also revealed the actual events that took place 35 years ago to some powerful individuals in her kingdom.

It took Andy and Elenor 4 days to reach the capital city after making a few stops along the way to rest and eat. During this time Andy discussed his plans with Elenor how they were going to deal with the queen. Although Elenor was a bit reluctant to fight the queen head on once again as Andy suggested but she had complete trust in him and also this plan will not put Andy in any danger, so she readily agreed. After they entered the capital city they moved towards the royal family grounds. By the time the royal family ground came into their view it was already the night time. When Elenor once again saw this place her body shivered.

Andy then embraced Elenor and consoled her that they will be fine.

"Alright Elenor, it is time. I will now cast a single invisible barrier around us, so stay close to me"

"Hmm" Elenor nodded and grabbed his arm. Andy could feel that her body was still shaking a bit.

They went close to the entrance of royal family grounds which was protected by a defensive formation and no unauthorised person could enter inside. He then created a matter barrier covering a part of the defensive formation and set its settings to let all matter pass through it. Andy then started walking towards the formation together with Elenor and they bypassed the defensive formation.

"What?! How did we get inside?!" Elenor was shocked how they bypassed a high level defensive formation so easily.

"Hehe just one of my skills, let's go inside the mansion" said Andy but he sighed inside thinking why the max radius of matter barrier much less than that of light and sound barrier. Earlier to deal with the Quire army near border he had to gather all of them in a small area to cover them inside his matter barrier.

Andy then created a big light barrier covering the entire royal family ground, using that he noted the position of most guards and also tried to look around in the throne room of the mansion but didn't find anyone there. He had no idea who to look for, he just knew it was a woman.

Then one by one he started looking inside the rooms of the mansion and found a gorgeous woman resting in a luxurious bedroom which seemed like the main bedroom of this mansion.

"I think I have found her, let's go" said Andy and took Elenor closer to one of the wall in mansion which was closer to the main bedroom and used the matter barrier on the wall then walked inside.

After walking for a bit they arrived in front of the main bedroom, there weren't any maids here since it was the night time and most people were asleep.

"Alright Elenor here we are, remember what we talked about. I will create a sound barrier around this whole area so no one could hear anything, then you are going to barge into the room and challenge her again. Don't worry this time you are going to win for sure and will get your revenge, I will support you from the shadows while staying invisible."

Elenor took a deep breadth and said

"I am ready! And remember what you promised earlier, in case of any mishap you will use your skill to get away and leave me behind!"

"Haah yes yes I will not forget my promise"

Elenor then gave him a beautiful and determined smile and raised her finger towards the bedroom door and blasted it away with her fireball.
