"Everything is fine aunty, please don't worry. Also I have tamed that bitchy baroness, she is my slave now"

"What?! How did that happen? Weren't you the one who became her servant?" asked Mia with shock.

"Alright we can discuss these trivial things later. So little boy, where do you want to stay in the capital? I am guessing you won't be staying in royal family grounds, so how about you stay with me in headmaster's quarters in magic academy? If not I also have a luxurious mansion nearby outside magic academy which no one is using currently." asked headmistress

After thinking for a second Andy replied

"Master I would prefer living outside, as I am planning to open a private clinic of my own, and that won't be possible if I live inside academy or in royal family grounds. If I live in your mansion outside, can I setup a clinic there?"

"Yes, in fact it already has a small clinic area right next to the main building. Before becoming headmistress of magic academy, I used to run my private practice from there. Haah~ there used to be never ending line in front of my mansion as I didn't restrict my patients by their status."

"In that case I will take you up on that offer, thank you Master!" said Andy and bowed slightly. His luck was really good this time, otherwise it would have taken him many weeks or even months to setup all this.

"So, will you be using that previous appearance of yours and move there alone or use your true appearance and bring in your mother and sister as well? My mansion already has a defensive formation, so you don't have to worry about the protection of anyone living there." asked headmistress

"Hmm in that case I can use my true identity and also ask my mother and sister to come with me"

"But how will you convince my sister to move to capital city? I've tried in the past to convince her, but she didn't even talk to me" said Mia sadly

Andy then smiled and said

"I know how to convince my mother, don't worry about it. And once she move here, I will help both of you to reconcile your relationship as well"

"R-Really?! You are the best nephew in the world! Fufufu~" Mia then once again hugged her nephew and forced his face into her bosom.

Headmistress sighed and shook her head 'He is going to have some hard days ahead'. She then walked to her desk and started writing something.

"Umm master what are you writing?" Andy raised his head and curiously asked

"Little boy did you already forget what you came here for?" asked headmistress and sighed. He was even more stupid than her previous 2 apprentices.

"Ah yes! So you are making my healer certificate then? Thank you master"

After she was done drafting the certificate, she asked Andy to put a drop of his blood infused with his mana and then after that she signed it personally.

She then handed the certificate to Andy and said.

"This is your mid-tier healer certificate, try passing your mana into it"

Andy did just that and the certificate glowed.

"Let me also pass on the master key for my mansion, let's shake hands again... and don't pass your mana into my body again" said headmistress and slightly... blushed?

Andy received the master key runes after he shook her hands. Using this master key he can also give a key rune to other members as well.

"Andy do you need some help with cleaning the mansion and setting up the clinic area? It is not used in decades so will probably need some cleaning and stuff. I can ask some of my maids to help you out" asked Mia

"Don't worry about it aunty, I also have some slaves of my own to do all that. After everything is setup I will bring in my mother and sister as well." said Andy and then continued as he turned to look at Melty

"Regarding Melty, I won't be taking her with me this time. Can I ask aunty to teach her some ice attribute skills? Only by learning to control ice attribute skills she could learn how to control her ice nature. Also it will be very easy for her to learn those skills and in future wouldn't even have to move a finger to cast ice attribute skill. Unlike other people she doesn't need to convert her mana's attribute manually."

"Big brother is going to leave me?" asked Melty with tears in her eyes.

"Ah Melty please don't cry! Your mother said she will hold a marriage ceremony for us within a month. Learn a few ice attribute skills till then, after our marriage we will live together forever. Also we will still be meeting at least once per week for your treatment." said Andy as he gently caressed her head and Melty cutely nodded.

Then after a bit of catching up, Andy got up to leave

"Master, aunty I will be leaving now" Andy greeted them and then left towards his new home.

"This mansion is huge!" Andy said out loud when he first looked at his new home. Next to the main building was the "small" clinic area which his master told him about. This "small" clinic was no less than a full fledged hospital.

Using his master key he was able to bypass the defensive formation and get inside the premises.

Besides the main building and "small" clinic area, there was also a separate building for servants to live in. There was a lot of land as well, but since no maintenance work happened in decades it was filled with weeds. There were some other amenities as well like training area for practicing skills.

Andy immediately summoned his 3 slaves after confirming if they were alone using telepathy and handed them cleaning equipments.

Looking at the broom in her hands Freya complained "Master I am a noble, baroness of a town..."

"Yes I see, then I expect you to be twice as efficient and will assign you double the work. And don't slack off, there will be added punishment for that."

Andy then turned to look at Levi and said

"You have the most experience in handling cleaning in a big mansion, so you are in charge, make sure at least 1 bedroom, kitchen and reception area in that "small" clinic is cleaned up before end of the day."

"Yes master, I won't disappoint you!"

Although Freya wasn't happy with Levi being her boss, she didn't complaint this time and started cleaning as Levi ordered her.
