Intense Battle In The Skies
Since the other experts were severely injured and scattered, Ruthren was alone, and these three just wanted to get rid of the biggest threat if possible. If they were able to do that, then they would definitely have a future and not lose any more of their people to this war.
Ruthren's expression twisted in contempt and anger as he scoffed, "Cowards! There is no way this emperor will go down because of you three!" Ruthren roared as he put up both his hands to create a water curtain infused with ethereal energy that seemed as strong as iron in front of him.
All three of their attacks struck the curtain of ethereal water as it almost gave way to the combined attacks of the three. However, Ruthren was putting his all in to prevent his water curtain from collapsing, but he also knew that simply defending like this was not a good idea.
And so he decided to target the weakest among them first which was the shorter man.
