[This is a Multiversal Traveling Novel! If you are not interested, you can just leave!] What happens when a Young Man dies of an unknown cause and is given five wishes?
Seeing as this was a new life and opportunity for me, I decided to change my name.
From now on, I wanted to be known as Vale(pronounced just like Veil).
Now that I had chosen a name for myself, I focused on the other part of my system screen that caught my attention.

That is...a lot to process.
I was surprised I got so much knowledge from just a single wish, I am sad about only getting the incomplete knowledge of the Zetan Aliens from the Fallout Universe.
Too bad I couldn't wish for more kinds of knowledge for that wish since the being said I had a limit of four.
Now then, I was quite happy that I had some clothes and supplies to help me survive out here.
I was even happier to find that the clothes fit me perfectly, and the shirt even had two open holes on the back for my wings!
Other than that, I pulled out the tools I need as well as a box of food and water from the store.
With all of that, I also pulled out the Survival Kit which contained a Tent, Fire Starter, Campfire Cooking Grate, and even a trapping and survival manual.
...
A week passed since I found myself in the forest and in this time I have done quite a bit.
For one, I have settled in a small cave along a river and have turned the small cave into my personal abode.
I was quite happy to find that the local wildlife was mostly similar to that of the earth...but some of the animals I have come across suggest that this definitely couldn't be earth...
For example, I don't recall what appears to be a Dragon living on Earth.
Or wolves as large as actual cars!
There were also many other kinds of strange beasts living in this forest, but none of them have yet to catch me due to my ability to fly with my wings.
So, if I am not on Earth, then where am I?
Does civilization exist on this planet?
And if it does not, how will I get off of it?
...
Once night arose, I made sure my cave and camp was trapped, before finally redeeming one of the info packages of knowledge.
Specifically, the knowledge from Fallout's Humanity who created things like Advanced Robotics, Fusion Powered Cars, and Computers, Stimpacks, Radaway, Forcefields, and much more.
But what I wanted more specifically from this info packet, was all of their knowledge on survival!
Although most of their knowledge on survival was based around a Ruined Post-Apocalyptic Landscape, they should have more than enough info on how to survive in this kind of environment, well, they should have a bit of survival knowledge from Pre-War.
Now then, once I redeemed the info packet, I fell to the ground while clutching my head in pain!
ALL of the knowledge obtained by Humanity in the Fallout Universe was crammed painfully into my head all at once, causing me massive pain and eventually making me go unconscious.
Once I awoke the very next morning, I felt incredibly hungry due to all of the energy my head was consuming from trying to process so much information.
I was hoping for a more 𝘨𝘳𝘢𝘥𝘶𝘢𝘭 learning process, I can tell you I was definitely NOT expecting such a painful feeling.
And I still had 8 more such info packages to go...
For now, though, I will save redeeming another one for tonight and the night after, and so on until I absorb all of the knowledge available to me.
The question is, which info package should I redeem next?
Putting that question behind, for now, I focused on what I have learned from the Info Package and began organizing the new things I have learned from the package.
[Due to the large influx of information that has been absorbed into your mind, the system has given you two passive skills, [ Hyperthymesia ], [ Enhanced Memory Storage ]]
[A/N: Google says: Hyperthymesia is an ability that allows people to remember nearly every event of their life with great precision. Hyperthymesia is rare, with research identifying only a small number of people with the ability. Studies on hyperthymesia are ongoing, as scientists attempt to understand how the brain processes memories]
After reading those words I was happy to find that everything became...clearer and much easier to remember...
And after some deep thinking and remember, I learned that Fallout's Info Package went as far as to the Divergence between fallout's timeline and the timeline of Earth.
Meaning I only gained humanity's knowledge from after the Divergence.
If I remember correctly, Fallout's Divergence began sometime after World War 2.
Anyway, some of the more horrifying things I have learned from this Info Package was how to create F.E.V., Supermutants, Synths, Talking Deathclaws(Fallout 2), and some knowledge on how to create a robot like Liberty Prime, a 40ft tall robot that could vaporize its enemies with a laser or blow them up by literally throwing tactical nuclear bombs at them.
[A/N: F.E.V. is called the 'Forced Evolutionary Virus', which has the ability to both change a creature's Genotype and Phenotype! The fallout's more scientific explanation at the end of the chapter!]
Those were not the only things I have learned though, I learned EVERYTHING from after the divergence, meaning I can create Laser Weaponry, Intelligent Robots, Liberty Prime, Synthetic Humans(or Synths), Teleportation, Genetic Alteration and Mutation, and SO much more...
[END CHAPTER]
[F.E.V.]
FEV is a mega virus, with a protein sheath reinforced by ionized hydrogen. It is capable of absorbing neutrons without becoming radioactive (i.e., it cannot be sterilized by radiation). In terms of functionality, FEV is a shifting-absorptive virus, copying DNA patterns and storing these patterns in exons much like a retrovirus. These exons, combined with the FEV, are re-injected into the host cells in a typical viral infectious fashion. This causes the host cells to "regenerate" their DNA with FEV's corrections that eradicated recessive genes.
FEV comes pre-loaded with introns of corrected DNA that eradicate recessive genes responsible for ailments and alter RNA strands for greater transmission of signals. DNA altered by the virus renders the subject immune to biochemical weapons, radiation, and common diseases. Cellular division rate is increased, with mitosis occurring at 115% of the normal human rate. Normally non-regenerating tissue, such as neural tissue and non-somatic cells, also begin to replicate, allowing for real-time regeneration.
FEV is also highly corrosive and volatile in its pure form, capable of degrading rubber containment seals like acid, though without any acidic residue. This also rendered attempts at creating an effective decontamination process difficult, as FEV could render most compounds inert before they could neutralize the virus. Eventually, combining a booster with an antiviral compound created a neutralizing agent capable of rendering FEV inert when applied in sufficient quantities.
