Escape

Opening the top of the van, the Captain instantly fired multiple rounds from a machine gun, not caring one bit about the other civilians who could get caught up in his assault.

"Shit!"

Roaring to himself, the youth skillfully leaned to his left, and then to his right, as he accelerated every further, wanting to escape the grasp of the mercenaries.

Taking out another fully loaded pistol from his bag, he took in multiple deep breaths and readied himself. He wasn't worried about accuracy, due to the fact that the rinnegan wouldn't disappoint. Taking off his mask, he grinned madly, revealing white pearly teeth, grabbed unto the steer of the motorcycle and spun it as the motor immediately spun around, allowing him to face the van filled with mercenaries that was shooting towards him, while driving backwards skillfully.

His ten year long training with the one they called the mad dog, his own mother's brother had transformed whatever childishness within his body into a terrifying beast that could act and kill on instinct, and couple with the all seeing ability of the rinnegan, he was unstoppable.

Aiming his gun, he instantly fired multiple shots, wrapping every single bullet in a thin film of the ethereal energy, which granted it even more brutal penetration power.

*BANG!**BANG!*

With just a few rounds, the bullets pierced through the metal body of the van itself, insta killing everyone single person with the exception of the Captain who was only shot in his leg.

Smiling he waved his hand, as the small katana reappeared out of nowhere, before he hurled it accompanied by a burst of the ethereal energy towards one of the tire.

The katana instantly ripped through the tire, lodging itself in between the rim, as the van instantly somersaulted, spinning multiple times in the air, before it crashed into the ground at full force and exploded.

Turning the wheel, he turned his motor around and accelerated, not caring a bit about the fact that he just killed a van filled with about 9 experienced mercenaries in nigh impossible attempt.

After about an hour of driving, he reached the airport, as he parked his ride at a drive way and walked off with his bag and a groan, clearly feeling the pain in his arm from the gunshot.

Walking to the reception, he took out a passport from his bag that was filled with cash and clothes and handed it over to the receptionist while flashing the most innocent smile he could probably muster at the moment.

Meanwhile, the receptionist, a young woman of about 20 years couldn't help but smile back with a blush, seeing the slightly Asian handsome and tall young man smiling at her, and those eyes of his which left her so mesmerized.

'Tsk. Appearance can be deceiving..' After getting his passport stamped, he walked to the waiting area and sat down with a group, waiting for his flight to Japan which was scheduled for flight in about 20 minutes.

The main reason why he chose Japan was because, his father had a huge house in Tokyo where he could go hide for the time being. Not only that, he planned on uncovering the mysteries of his eyes and bloodline and the secrets behind those disgusting creatures he saw in large quantities around all the time.

"Jujutsu High..." Mumbling to himself, he took out a letter from a folder in his bag. A letter handwritten by his father himself after they discovered that he had access to that ethereal energy like his father did. He had long known about the ethereal energy due to his father, who called it cursed energy.

According to him, it could strengthen the human body to unparalleled levels and want superhuman abilities. How else could his father have become the Sheriff of the NYPD, and so troublesome that it would take the most powerful drug lord and his high ranking associates just to bring him down.

As for the Rinnegan, he had only discovered it a few days after the tragic death of his family.

"Masamichi Yaga.." Reading out the name of the recipient of the letter he nodded and placed the letter back into the envelope and closed his eyes wanting to rest a little.

"Excuse me, why is your hair blue?" Just as he closed his eyes, he heard a cute little voice, which made him open his eyes in annoyance and there he saw a cute little girl about 3 years old staring at and touching his hair much to his annoyance.

Apart from his mom no one had the right to touch his hair, no one. Not wanting to hurt the little girl, he flashed her a scary look as she took her hand off quickly with a slightly scared look.

"Why is your hair blue?" The cute little girl in the other hand was unrelenting, she stretched her hand and touched his hair once more, much to his annoyance. And after a while, he had no choice but to give in and allow her touch it.

"Why is your hair black?" He asked her and touch her hair gently. "Because my mummy has black hair.." The little girl spoke with a cute smile, as he sighed.

"But why's yours blue?" She kept on asking.

"Because my mummy's hair was blue as well, satisfied?!" He spoke and rolled his eyes.

"You have blood on your hand. Are you hurt? Let me help you.."

The girl instantly smiled widened her eyes, seeing the blood in his palm, as if bleeding was a taboo.

She grabbed his hand and used her dress to gently wipe off the blood as he couldn't help but take in a deep breath, while remembering his cute little sister. Once the memories flooded his mind, tears flooded his eyes before he could even realize it as he sniffed uncontrollably.

"What's your name?" He wiped his eyes and looked at the little girl.

"My name is Stacey." The little girl said with a cute smile. "My name is Kenshin.." He replied.

"Your name is weird.." The little girl said in confusion, as he nodded and sighed.

"Stacey!!!" Suddenly a disturbed voice rang out startling the little girl.

"See you later, bye bye!!" She instantly got up and waved at him before rushing to her mom, leaving Kenshin's figure alone once more.

Taking out a soda from his bag, he drank it and wiped the tears from his eyes before getting up and walking away, hearing the flight name being announced. At the very least, it was high time he left the country and probably never came back.
