"The documents are here." Machonto gave the folder to Chyler, since he seemed to be quite reluctant to get closer to Aria. Not that she cared. "Now to what brought us here..."

"We have all, then, have a nice day, sir." Callaghan shrugged, and then she went out of the room, taking the folder from Toussaint's hands. The door almost slammed, and both of the people looked at it with unhidden surprise. Chyler sighed.

"I apologize for her once more. She's getting... well, cranky, when she's tired. And for most of the time it was her to drive."

"I absolutely understand." Machonto nodded, not really looking like he was convinced. At the same time, he seemed quite relieved Aria went out of the picture. Chyler was really curious on what happened between those two. "So, chief Courrier told you about the task?"

"No, not really, sir. He just said that we are supposed to lend you a hand. We don't know what it is about, though." She admitted and the inspector sighed.
