Samuel Harrison, a business wizard!

Henry was also reluctant to dine in this expensive restaurant, and Georgie was well aware of his feelings. He turned to both of them and said, "Guys, how many times do I have to tell you that when you're with me, money is not a concern? Haven't I explained why wealthy people come to places like this, even though the food is pricey? It's not that they're foolish, but..."

As Georgie started speaking, Henry quickly cut him off, knowing that if he let Georgie continue, his friend would ramble on without considering whether they were actually interested. "I get it, I get it," Henry interjected. "You've told us a million times. Rich people eat at expensive restaurants not because the food is out of this world, but because it shows off their social status and the exclusive treatment they receive. See, I remember everything you say."

Henry rolled his eyes and continued, "So please, spare us the lecture this time. You have no idea how tedious it is to listen to the same spiel every time we go out, especially when it comes from you. Between your pompousness and your chubby self, every time you give us a lecture, I feel like I'm dealing with a scammer. Just let us order, okay? We can stay here, just promise you'll keep quiet."

Georgie's face flushed with anger as Henry mentioned his weight. "Hmph! How many times do I have to tell you not to call me fat?" he snapped back. "And what's wrong with being fat, anyway? Look around you – most wealthy people are on the heavier side. And I don't get it, Henry. You're so lazy, yet you manage to stay slim. Meanwhile, I work my butt off, but my weight keeps climbing every time I step on a scale!" Georgie's frustration was evident as he struggled to comprehend why he gains so much weight.

Henry mumbled quietly under his breath, "Hard work, my foot. Every time I see you, you're stuffing your face at one restaurant or another. If you don't watch your weight, who will?"

Georgie caught Henry's murmur and turned to him with an angry scowl, his stance tense as if ready to argue. "What did you say? Repeat that!" he challenged.

Daniel, who was sitting next to Georgie, recognized the tension building and knew he had to intervene to prevent an argument from erupting. He quickly spoke up, "Alright, alright, Henry won't call you fat again. Let's just order now. I haven't eaten since breakfast, and I'm starving." Daniel's words successfully redirected their attention away from the brewing dispute.

Georgie rang the bell on the table, and almost immediately, a waiter entered the room, ready to take their order. The waiter inquired, "Have you decided on what you'd like to order, sir?" Georgie nodded and confirmed that they were ready, and the waiter proceeded to take their orders from each of them before exiting the room to fetch their food.

With the waiter gone, the conversation among the three friends resumed. They delved into gossip, discussing the latest events at the university and sharing their thoughts on the amount of homework assigned by one of their teachers. As they bounced around various topics, their chatter was lively and engaging. Soon, their food arrived, bringing an end to their conversation as the delicious aromas of their meal filled the room.

One of the dishes Daniel ordered was a Lobster Frittata. He began by cutting a small piece with his knife and then used his fork to take a bite, making sure to get a combination of egg, cheese, herbs, and lobster in that mouthful. After tasting it, he nodded in approval and said it was good. However, he noted that it wasn't significantly different from the frittata at the restaurant they had visited last month, and the high price didn't seem justified in comparison.

Georgie chose not to comment on Daniel's assessment and instead focused on his own meal. Since Henry had already eaten breakfast earlier, he kept his order simple and only requested a cup of coffee.

Daniel, mid-bite, turned to Georgie and inquired, " By the way, this restaurant is new, right? Do you know who owns it?"

Georgie, with a mouthful of food, mumbled his response, "The owner's some big shot." His words were garbled, prompting Daniel to respond with a confused "Huh?" Georgie realized his speech was unclear and swallowed his food before repeating himself, "This place is owned by a big shot. It's part of the Harrison Corporation."

Daniel's surprise was evident as he asked, "The Harrison Corporation? Since when did they start dabbling in the restaurant business?"

Georgie responded to Daniel's question, "Actually, they just got into the restaurant business. This restaurant opened only about a month ago. I heard they're testing the waters, and they have around ten restaurants spread across the country. If those do well, they'll likely expand their presence in the industry."

Daniel nodded thoughtfully and remarked, "Samuel Harrison sure is ambitious. He's already got his fingers in just about every industry, and now he wants to dominate the restaurant scene too? Greedy people don't often meet good ends. I don't have much admiration for people like him."

Georgie scoffed at Daniel and responded, "Hmph! What would someone like you know about Samuel Harrison? He's a legend in the business world! He turned his million-dollar company into a billion-dollar empire and made it the top business in the entire country. He's also expanded his reach internationally. He's a business wizard! Harrison isn't just in it for the money; he thrives on the thrill of expanding his business into new fields. He's like the Julius Caesar of the business world. He sees an opportunity, conquers it, and becomes the king of the industry."

Daniel watched George go on and on about Samuel Harrison, praising him like a devoted fanboy. Meanwhile, neither of them noticed that when the name Samuel Harrison and the Harrison Corporation came up, their friend Henry Harrison froze briefly, a subtle tremor in his demeanor. However, he quickly regained his composure and continued sipping his coffee, showing no inclination to join the conversation. It was as if he was entirely uninterested in the topic, or perhaps there was something more beneath his calm exterior.
