ALEX'S point of view

"Are you sure? »- I make sure that Christine is not upset, but she shakes her head, so I don't think twice before going out of my office.

She wants to cover me again today, but only because she thinks I'm about to take Juliet to the doctor, but in reality ... today Clara is at home and I want to annoy her as always.

The fact that she thinks I'm not giving her the attention that she deserves makes me feel so damn guilty

I take advantage of my return home to pass in front of Juliet's school: once I caught her outside the gate at this time, but I never told her, otherwise she would have blamed me for following her.

I would kill instantly any boy in her company, and I don't care if they are twenty years younger than me. If I learn she's having a relationship at this age I swear I'll make my daughter move back to Bronx.

I slow down as I pass in front the courtyard, looking around and smiling when I notice that there is no sign of my daughter.

I leave the school behind with a proud expression on my face and go in search of a tobacconist for a new pack of cigarettes and, as soon as I see one, I park the car.
