Dates, Dates, and more Dates

Upon walking back to my dorm, I saw Donkor standing outside of my room with his arms crossed. He looked up and waved to me when he saw me.

"Hello, Smarus."

"Why are you waiting in front of my room door?" I asked.

"You could say 'hello' back," He sighed. "Myra and Lily came to get Sonia to help with a project while we were on a… ahem… eating dinner."

"So you got your date interrupted. That's tough," I chuckled.

Donkor was annoyed about this turn of events, but there was no use in complaining. He sighed. He pulled out a paper.

"The Board has released who this year's new students are. They only admitted enough students to fill two classes," He handed the paper. "Other than homeroom and general classes, you'll have to pick what classes you'll take within three days," He explained.

I looked at the paper he handed me and read over it. I already had in mind what classes I wanted. I nodded my head in understanding before handing the paper back.
