Least and humblest of the local spirits, Squirrel is ubiquitous, hardworking, and forward-thinking. You gotta be able to bury enough nuts that you can survive the winter. Squirrel is burying spirit nuts right now, but the principle is the same.
But something has agitated the numerous squirrel spirits in the woods, and every time you approach, they leap away. That's not surprising, since that's the Gift a squirrel spirit offers: leaping, running, balancing, and a hasty escape. But they're really upset about something—you might have to sort that out.
Using Squirrel's Gift: Squirrel's Gift works automatically, as long as you haven't lost the Wolf, to improve your ability to leap, climb, and balance. Squirrel relies upon your Composure.
Earning Squirrel's Gift: Ancient pacts between Squirrel and Selardi, spirit of the moon, permit Garou of any auspice to receive Squirrel's Gift with three nights of Chiminage, as long as they have earned sufficient Glory and are capable of thinking about the future. You have earned some Glory, but Squirrel thinks you're too interested in immediate comfort to survive the next winter. Where are your nuts, Stonegrowl? Your nuts!
Chiminage Possible:
Glory: 3 nights
Honor: 13 nights
Wisdom: 3 nights
