When It Was Over

After we watched the movie we found ourselves laugh "Is it me or is it just that the effects of that movie sucks? Hahaha" lins said as if he's about to cry because of too much laughter, "I can't believe that even in this period of time people still use trashy effects like what era are we in? Hahaha " I agreed. It took us some time before we moved on about the movie, people are already looking at us like we're some weirdos but it's fine. It's already afternoon and we decided to eat lunch in a restaurant. We didn't ate too much because we are not that hungry. We roamed around the mall when suddenly something caught my eyes. I saw a beautiful necklace with silver chains and a simple leaf shaped crystal. It's a minimalist design which I dig for. I stared at it for a while and suddenly lins called my attention. It seems like he saw what I was looking at. "You want that? " he asked, "Yes!! " I instantly answered, "Then go buy it yourself hahahaha", "I will! " I said, I almost thought he would buy it for me, "But not now maybe some other time" I continued. He just laughed at me and we continued walking. Hours have passed and we finally decided to go home. "Let's go, I will bring you home" he offered "No need, I can take care of myself you know" I refused "You don't have a choice, it's not safe for a girl to go home alone" he insisted "Wow! How caring, this is the reason why you're my best friend " I said "Oh come on, we both know that I'm your only friend that's why" he laughed. He was right though, and that's why I treasure him so much. We rode a cab to house and we were able to arrive sooner than we thought. "So we're here now, do you want to have a drink first? " I offered, "No thanks, I have to go now bye! " he said "Byeeeeee Best friend " I replied "Byeeeee my best friend, whose friend is only me! " he said which made me chuckle "Take care" I said and he finally went on his way. What a day, the weekend felt so short that I didn't remember that tomorrow is already monday.
