This book is now available on Amazon as both an ebook, and paperback. It had to be split into 2 volumes due to Amazon's restrictions on page numbers.

The price is HIGH. By God, I never imagined I'd ever put out such a costly book. But Amazon maintains its stance firm & isn't allowing to lower the price at all. Thus, this book is more of a collectors' type. I just wanted to share.
