"we pick the muscular one, he seems fit for the elves team" said the elves as he pointed to Lucas, "very impressive choice" said the demon king with a show of annoyance on his face.

All the kids were chosen and it was down to ash who got picked by the demon king. He was sad that he was separated from Lucas since they had been friends for a while now.

They said their good bye`s and Lucas was transported to the elves' realm.

"you pieces of shit seem like a bunch of losers", he said with an obvious rage in his eyes, he had thought his master the demon king had wanted to punish him for almost losing the war by making him train such slugs, "but don't worry I`m here to change that, the tournament will be held in three years and if you lose you die if you win you will join the school for good but now your only temporary students" he said with a sinister smile on his face, "from tomorrow you all will be going on vigorous training that will test if your fucking slug life`s are worth, oops I said a bad word well deal with it because this is your new reality, sleep well because once your training starts tomorrow, this may be your last time ever sleeping so enjoy it" he said while laughing as he shut out the lights.

The general was surprised by this because only demon generals had the red core within them, the next was Jake, as his nervousness was visible as if he got a grew core he will be killed by the demon general, and he got a blue core which wasn't bad for a puny human and the last was Ash as he put his hand on the stone he got a black core, the demon mage told him to put his hand on the stone again just to be sure of what he was seeing, ash was getting scared because he thought he was going to die but it kept showing black meaning he was at the demon kings rank.
