Stealth was running out, I had to decide what to do and be quick with my decision.

"Ah shit."

I couldn't take another step, I can't let my emotions sway me away from my goal, "Jack is a valuable asset for this, and Timothy can be used to escape from enemies, What do I do!?"

At last, I decided, it was time to make the hardest choice in the current situation, even though they CAN manage to beat all of those villages on their own, it's still hard to just leave it all up to them.

I take my hand gun out of my overcoat's pockets and shoot 5 of the villages at once.

The screaming and yelling from the injured villagers attracted more and more, Because the other villagers werent present when I shot at them, the others were clueless, but decided to hunt us down because the others lied to their own comrades that we trespassed into their area and tried to loot their riches.

"Boss, My Blink rank just went up to Rank E from Rank F, I can use 2 more blinks now, The count has went up by 2." Said Timothy as I released a sigh of relief because we were preparing to escape as soon as I stole the crown.

He was drowning in greed for fame and money, and was completely clueless as to what I just said.

After finally responding to the loudest and hardest slap I ever delivered to somebody, He responded, "I will use my skill Berserker to kill them all, in return, I want 30% of the amount you get by selling that crown."

"Sure, You can even take 40% if you work well enough." I replied.

"40%!? I will destroy the whole village for that sum of money."

I noticed something unusual, His usually big muscles loosened up, His body was so stiff that it was hard for him to swiftly move any weapon, he was just like a tank back when we fought in a mission together, but now he seems like he has become more agile and powerful.

A village has around 50-60 men, and the others are children and women, 2 villages had united, the nearest village from them had heard about the commotion and rushed over to help their neighbouring village.

"We have no choice but to run now!"

Using the various methods of transformation, we had to run.

Those barbaric bastards didn't want to get involved with the cities so the only challenge left was for us to escape to the road and take the car and escape.

Meaning we would need to run till it's 12, afterwards, When Timothy's ability is recharged, We are going to have to escape.

"Keep them busy for 5 minutes! Or should I say 5 minutes and 39 seconds!" I shouted, The others raised their hands and imitated a 'thumbs up' to indicate that they have understood my words.

Jack still had his berserker mode on, Making it easier for us to buy time.

"Your rank has moved up, you must be able to carry more people at once right!?" I asked Timothy..

He checked his skill description, And I was right, it went up by 60 kgs, the weight of an average person.

"Think I can carry 2 average people!" Added Timothy.

"This will be easy now, won't it!? Let me fight as well!"

I clench my firsts and punch his chest with full strength, sending people behind him flying.

"Guess my physical capabilities increased when I made a contract!"

"Yeah! Me too!" Replied Jack, it seemed as if he was enjoying this moment, back then when we had to defeat the Soviet Union for some mission, this man was smiling, slaughtering so many people at once, but he felt joy! I felt like he was a psychopath, and that was the last mission I ever cooperated with him for.

At this point, I felt like I was using Jack just for his strength, so I decided to join in.

With the small knife and a gun, It was a perfect combination.

"I'm gonna fight as well!" Mr. K got up as well from the ground and took out self defense weapons from his pocket.

Now that everyone of us are fighting, including the right hand man that K bought, It was easy and better to buy time than before.

"Well well, Come on out! I will take you all out! I'm the age of your grandfather! How dare you oppose me!" Taunted Jack.

The villagers were as if they were controlled by something, they became lifeless as soon as Berserker tanked them.

And the fact they were fighting mindlessly made it even more confusing.

"Wait, Something is off, It feels unnatural the way they're battling with us." Timothy was smart, he had noticed it at the same time as me.

The others started paying attention to those details too, and he was right, they had a strange glow in their eyes, the eyes were lifeless, but they had a strange glow in it.
