"Now, to the matter at hand, how do we even find out who did this?" I asked them.

They responded, "You don't even know how to solve this crisis yet you stopped us from running away!?"

It was a situation full of panic, and Timothy gave up on the mission and ran away on his own.

"You traitor."

"I have no choice, let us meet again if you survive, I can't die yet!"

He used blink to teleport right down the mountain as he saw the other guy getting on the car and driving away.

"Man! Wait! I am here too! Take me with you!"

But he didn't quite catch what Timothy was saying, and drove off right before his eyes.

Now the road was empty, not a single car in sight, Timothy had to come back to us, but he knew he's getting slaughtered if he dared to come back to us.

But was there any choice left for him to begin with? No, Obviously not, The only mode of transport we had was the car, and only K could call reinforcements.

"Uhh, I'm sorry for trying to run away!"

I would have forgiven him, but I decided to play hard to get.

"Grovel into the ground and beg for forgiveness till you bleed from your forehead."

As he began smashing his head onto the rocky hard soil, We had other matters to take note of, Jack was fighting the village bastards all alone while I was here busy chattering.

"Quick! Let's go! Timothy support him!"

Timothy looks up to me with tears rolling down his eyes.

Like Jack, Timothy was also a 'Never turn your back on family' type guy, so it was obvious that he regretted his actions that he committed in impulse.

"I will obey you till I die!" Timothy ran off with guns from under his belt and in his bag.

"Don't shoot vital organs, Shoot them so they're just barely able to live!" I called out to Timothy, replying with a small nod, I run off to help the two of them as well, Throwing over an Assault Rifle from my bag to K, for long distance support.

"If you work under Miss Anastasia, You have killed a fair count of people yourself, right! Do as you want to! Just don't shoot at our direction! Support us from the back!" I gave K information about the enemies and where he could shoot them so it's not serious.

"The endless horde of villagers look just like the zombie simulator games I played back in 2040's!" Exclaimed Jack, While it wasn't a thing to be proud of infront of others, it was a flex infront of us hunters, nurtured by the association from birth, we had no sense of freedom and enjoyment.

"Now is not the time to talk about games! This shit is real as fuck!" Replied Timothy glancing over to Jack with a smile on his face.

"Yeah, You're right! I will tell you guys more of my game stories later on! Let us beat this horde to a pulp!"

Bright light started appearing from Jack's arms, It was something like gauntlets, except the form was that of normal gloves.

"The gloves that I found lying down when I woke up from the shock of making the contract! How did they appear on my hand!?"

It looked like Jack himself was confused as to what was happening, While K was busy shooting down groups of enemies himself, It was a good thing for us! We can't let what happened here in this cave to the others, No matter what!

The daggar that Timothy brought with himself from the hotel, suddenly appeared on his waist.

"Now what the hell is happening with me! The skill rank also went up to rank E!"

Timothy looked surprised because I knew more about his ability than he knew himself.

"Don't be so surprised, I just guessed it, now try what I told you to."
