Chapter 23 - Still Not Admitting That You Want To Be My Wife?

"Exactly," muttered Ji Anyao. She moved her head away and said with a disdainful expression, "You can't even take criticism..."

With an icy cold gaze, Bai Siyu lowered his head in a bid to kiss her earlobe.

Sensing his intentions to take advantage of her, Ji Anyao hurriedly raised her arm to block it. 

"What are you trying to do!?!"

Bai Siyu moved her hand away and pressed himself against her body with his eyes full of lust and a tinge of unwillingness, seemingly feeling a strong urge to prove his capabilities because he had been dealt a huge blow. 

"Didn't you say that my skills are terrible? You were in a daze last night, how could you have remembered anything... While you're still sober now, I'll let you experience another climax and listen for yourself how coquettish you are when you moan in bed..." 

The further he went on, the more lewd his words became. Ji Anyao immediately interrupted, "Bai Siyu! You bastard!" 

"I'm a bastard, but how good of a guy do you think Yan Lie is? Had I not saved your life last night, you would have long been killed by him."

"What do you mean? What did... Yan Lie do to me!?!"

Amidst the tension, the cellphone began ringing again. 

Bai Siyu frowned in displeasure and seethed at Ji Anyao coldly before letting go of her and moving away. He then bent over to pick up his cellphone that had fallen onto the ground during the scuffle. 

"What's the matter?"

"Siyu, where are you? Why aren't you at the office yet? Uncle is conducting a random spot check in the office. He seems to be upset that you're not around... hurry up and come here!"

Perhaps because of her anxiousness, Qin Muyan's voice was rather loud and Ji Anyao could hear her clearly despite being quite a distance away from the cellphone. She finally heaved a sigh of relief and thought that the call had come in at the right time. Since he was caught on the spot by his father, Bai Siyu would definitely have to explain things to him. Otherwise... if things went on, the beast might really do something outrageous. 

"Got it, I'll head there immediately." 

After hanging up, Bai Siyu's face grew sullen. He had just taken over the position a while ago and something like that cropped up. Even a fool would know that someone was behind this and was nitpicking on him while telling on him to his father... Such lowly means were simply shoddy.

He would let that ignorant bastard know what they would face for getting in his way and make him regret what he did today.

Seeing his hostile expression, Ji Anyao gloated and said calmly, "Serves you right!"

However, Bai Siyu was amused.

He leaned over to pinch her cheeks and said with a raised brow, "Your husband was set up by a villain. What do you have to be happy about?"

"Get lost!" Ji Anyao pushed his hands away and spat in contempt. She then grabbed the pillow beside her and smashed it hard at his handsome face. "Husband, my foot! Don't spout nonsense! I won't marry you even if I die!"

Bai Siyu caught the pillow effortlessly and smiled faintly as he thought otherwise. 

"Is that so?"

Ji Anyao did not want to argue with him since she could never outargue him. Hence, it would just be a waste of her breath. She decided to just change the topic.

She rolled her eyes and urged, "Why are you still here? Aren't you in trouble? Why aren't you hurrying to the company?"

"Hah, you've started poking your nose into my business. Are you still denying that you want to be my wife?" 

A certain beast's skills to shamelessly confuse others were superb.

Ji Anyao simply turned her head to face away from him without saying anything and tried to get out of bed to get dressed. 

However, after looking around, she realized that there was nothing she could wear. 

She was originally only wearing a dress that had been ripped apart long ago and thrown onto the ground. It was dripping wet with water... Ji Anyao turned around dejectedly to see that Bai Siyu had already put on his suit and tie, appearing sharp and neat. His hair was combed and he was a bona fide well-dressed scumbag. 

Seemingly sensing her immense resentment, Bai Siyu turned his head over and scanned her from head to toe before smiling sinisterly. He obviously had nothing nice to say. 

"Actually, you look best without clothes... I mean it."

Ji Anyao reached out and smashed another pillow at him!

"Get lost." 

"It'd be humiliating if I get lost just because you told me to." 

Grabbing the pillow with one hand, Bai Siyu walked over slowly, leaned down, and inched closer to Ji Anyao's face, little by little, forcing her to the wall behind to the point that she could not retreat. 

Ji Anyao frowned and reached out to push his shoulder. 

"What else do you want to do?"

"Give me a kiss, and I'll go."

As he spoke, he shamelessly moved his handsome face over, the marks of her fingers still visible on his face. Ji Anyao couldn't help but feel a little scared as she stared at the terrifying red welts. 

At that time, she had slapped him in a moment of anger. If it were now, she definitely wouldn't dare.

Which person in the city would dare to slap him?

Anyone who did must be tired of living. 

Bai Siyu had an erratic temper and just now, she really thought that he would skin her alive! 

However, even if he "magnanimously" let her off the hook and chose not to pursue the matter, she couldn't let him boss her around... No matter what, he had taken advantage of her last night forcefully. 

"Who wants to kiss you!?!"

"Who told you to be so disobedient? If you behave yourself, I'd definitely treat you well." 

He made it sound like she was at fault for throwing an unreasonable tantrum. 

Bai Siyu raised his wrist to take a look at the time. 

With an evil smirk, he urged fearlessly, "I'm counting from one to three. If you're still going to be stubborn, I'll have to help you decide... 3, 2, 1." 

Ji Anyao could not outargue him and he had a hold on her too. Of course, she couldn't let Gu Mingyuan and Old Master Gu see that kind of video. Besides, the beast in front of her was capable of doing anything.

All of a sudden, she had no choice but to comply with his request and go up to kiss him. 

At the next second, Bai Siyu suddenly turned his head around when she was about to kiss his cheek, thus causing their lips to be pressed together immediately. Ji Anyao suddenly opened her eyes in a bid to move away, but Bai Siyu put an arm on her back to kiss her even harder. 

His kiss was very dominant and he went straight for it forcefully, as if she belonged to him. He wouldn't give her a chance to resist or escape at all. 

Ji Anyao was almost suffocated by his kiss, and her back was pressed against the wall, which was the only reason she didn't fall down due to the limpness of her arms and legs.
