Chapter 7

The things I'm doing right now it's insane. Everybody is looking at me like I'm a psycho bitch which I am. I mean who follows two couples on their date, they go on dates pretty much every single day. I only watch from afar but secretly wishing to God that Train would just look at me for one second and rethink his decision in life.

I'm exhausted but seeing Train smile and laugh makes me want to follow them more. It's been exactly a week of me following them good thing Siarah didn't notice me cause She would probably make a huge fuss about it. I'm in a carnival right now.

Carnival's are supposed to be fun and exciting but to me, it isn't because I'm looking at the person that I love with someone else. I went to the restroom to fix myself because I'm crying again.

"Look who's here" someone talked to me from behind. Wait, I thought they were supposed to ride the Ferris wheel? why is she here? "What do you want Siarah?" I asked her nicely, cause I don't want a fight with her in a public restroom.

"Are you following us? Are you that desperate? Why can't you just accept the fact that Train picked me not you? I mean who would pick you?" she asked a lot of questions. Siarah thinks she's a bee queen, a bitch or something. "Hey I'm not looking for a fight so go away," I said to her again nicely but she pulled my hair and dragged me outside.

"You! Why can't you just leave me and Train alone? Don't you have courtesy? Train is my boyfriend already why can't you just accept it?" she said it so loud that all of the people around us stared at us. "Look I'm not here for you, I don't want to fight so just stop with all your nonsense okay?"

"Don't act too nice miss goody two shoes, cause you're not alright? You're here because you're a slut who wants my boyfriend" I slapped her not because what she said isn't true, but because she said everything right. I stopped and didn't argue with her anymore and I walked away "See everyone she walked away because everything I told her is true, She can't get over my boyfriend that's why she's following us hoping that my dear boyfriend will realize that he still loves her which isn't going to happen" she told everyone in the crowd how desperate I am for Train's love.

I went to a park and cried there people are looking at me but I didn't mind them everyone has problems except my problem can be solved but I don't want it to be solved.

"You know people are staring at you" I raised my head and saw Lucas surprisingly Lucas is always there every time something horrible or embarrassing happens to me. He offered me a handkerchief and I grabbed it and wiped my tears out. "Thanks," I said to him smiling.

He gave me time to chill out before he talked to me. "So, if you don't mind me asking why are you crying?" then I stared at him for a couple of seconds and cried again. "Okay, okay I won't ask you anymore," he said panicking. "I'm sorry, I can't help myself from crying" I explained to him. "It's okay everyone cries for once in a while," he said smiling at me.

"So, do you wanna borrow 3 dollars again?" he asked while laughing this time I laughed at his joke. "Thanks for making me feel better," I said

I exhaled and stood up. "So do you wanna get something to eat? Your treat" I laughed while offering my hands to him. At first, he hesitated to hold my hands but he grabbed it and stood up. "Why is it my treat?" he asked smiling. "Because your rich and I haven't got my bonus yet" I winked at him and walked away.

"So, where do you wanna eat?" were walking on the sidewalk right now while looking at some restaurants. "Do you wanna eat at In N Out?" he asked, That's where Train treated me for my 18th birthday time flies so fast. "I don't like it there" I reasoned out "Looks like you don't have good memories there" "Yup I do" I look at him awkwardly.

In the end, he picked the restaurant. The restaurant looks expensive and fancy so it was awkward for me because I don't go to places like this. "Table for two please," Lucas said to the waiter. He guided us to a window seat which has a very beautiful view. "Next time, I'm the one who's going to treat you but not in a place like this," I told him. He looked at me surprisingly "Wait, there's a next time?" he asked "why not? I owe you a lot, plus you treated me today" I answered him.

We talked about a lot of stuff, good thing Lucas isn't a boring person which I'm really glad about. "I really like you, Lucas. You're a fun person" I said to him and he blushed, I laughed at him "Hey don't laugh at me" I continued to laugh at him because He blushed with a single word that I told him. I know how to tease him now.

He offered to give me a ride home which I accepted. I don't wanna waste money on a taxi plus I'm on a budget since school is coming. "Thanks for the ride I really appreciate it" I smiled at him. "No biggie" He replied, I was thinking of asking him if he wanted to go inside but I was shy plus he's a grown man and I'm a grown woman. "Hey, do you mind If I walk with you outside your door?" He asked me "Sure"

It was a very long walk for me because there's a strange silence appearing right between us. I don't know what to say to him. We finally arrived in front of my door and he was about to go when I asked him. "Hey, do you wanna go inside?" He looked at me with an amused face "Is it okay for me to take a look?" he looked at me anxiously. I nodded at him.

We both went inside my apartment, We didn't do anything don't be dirty minded he just looked around and I just followed him. "I'm sorry my house is a bit small" I said to him "It's okay, It's very comfortable" he said while taking a look around.

"I gotta go now it's kinda late"

"Yeah sure, Thanks for the treat and thanks for the ride"

"Bye Milah take care" We both waved at each other.

That was one awkward but fun night.
