Ian glared at his master. Sometimes he just did not know how to censor.
"Your grace.."
"No, he is right. I thought that they could not kill me because they would never be able to hide my disappearance. But I never fathomed that they could hurt themselves and pin the blame on me." Her body shook with rage as she remembered that night. She was a fool, a fool to believe that they were her family.
"But now I do not want to hide anything from my husband. He has the right to know." She looked back at him and he smiled back. Suddenly Ian felt that they had forgotten about his presence. It burnt his face and he looked away.
"What shall we do now?" Ian asked to break their gaze. Evan bit her lips looking worried. But Dami only smiled as if they were being worried without a reason.
"We need to do nothing. Lie could not live for a long time."
"..." was he serious? Ian stared hard at his master but Eve nodded.
