Ex-Boyfriend

"I'm great. And how about you?" I managed to smile.

A few feet behind him stood a woman with a long hair and fake mountain, I bet they would pop if I poked them with my finger. Then I looked over at her as she was eye Mu Kai beside me.

"I'm fine, who is this?" he asked, pointing to Mu Kai.

"Oh, I'm sorry. This is my friend Mu Kai." I introduced.

Mu Kai extended his hand, and the two of them shook. My stomach was in knots and so desperately wanted to throw up.

"Ru Wen, you look good," he smiled as he looked me up and down.

I faked a smile as Mo Ting new girlfriend walking towards us and introduced herself.

"Hi, I'm Ying Ying. And you must be Mo Ting ex-girlfriend right?" With her smirking tone.

I rolled my eyes.

"Yes. That's was me." I stare at her as I answer.

But I can see she stare temptingly at Mu Kai and seducing him with her eyes. That was making me uncomfortable.

And she was practically salivating actually as she staring at Mu Kai.

Then I pulled Mo Ting over to the side.

"Chasten your woman, she is embarrassing you." I scold Mo Ting.

He glared at me.

"Ying Ying, let's go."

I looked over at Mu Kai who was steadily smiling at me.

"What?"

"Nothing, you are just…"

"Just what Mr. Mu?" I asked.

"You're just full of life, let's take it that way," he laughed. I shook my head as we left Century Park.

Gu Min had the limousine parked and was waiting for his boss Mu Kai.

"Are not you getting in?" Mu Kai asked as he pointed to the car.

"No, thanks. I'm walking," I said as I started down the street.

"Wen Wen, get in the car," he demanded.

I smiled because for the first time I hear someone called me Wen Wen, which was his way of letting me know we were friends now maybe.

Then I turn my back was turned as I walked away and waved.

"Mu Kai, see you tomorrow. Bye," I waved my hand I'm ready.

Then I heard him sigh, and the car door shut. I walked all of the way as I hear that Mu Kai is following by the limousine and gradually I heard the limousine cornered me with made me have to stopped.

Mu Kai rolled down the window.

"Are you ready to get in now?" he smiled.

I rolled my eyes and opened the door as I smacked him on his arm as a gestures told him to move over. He was watching me through the rear view mirror and he was lightly laughing.

When we reached my apartment, and as I was getting out from his Limousine but he got surprised me by lightly grabbing my hand.

"Thank you for going tomorrow." He said.

I crinkled my nose and smiled.

"That's what friends are for." I smile.

As I walked in the door and leaned up against it sliding down till I was on the floor. I cupped my face in my hands and thought about the fire that ignited in my body when he touched me. Then I realised that was headed for trouble now, and I already knew it.
