I drove a distance away from them, enough for them not to notice but close enough for me not to lose sight of them.
It wasn’t a wonder Dagon hid the stone at his last hideout.
Damn demon, I thought to myself.
What a pussy for using such a trick to wipe out the whole world after his death.
The car stopped, they all got off, and I could see Rosa’s stunned expression when she saw the surroundings.
I was shocked beyond words, too.
Just how powerful was the stone that Dagon had left to make a land around the stone barren?
I had noticed a crack in the air, and though I couldn’t feel anything, I could imagine how dark the aura from the stone was from how they all tensed up when they saw it.
Rosa and Lillian stepped back while Paviar and the Elder cast a spell on the crack, widening it and turning it into a portal.
They all stepped into the portal and disappeared from my sight.
I rushed to follow them but hesitated before I entered it.
Should I enter?
