Here are the reason why :

1. Taijutsu - is way out because of his weak body. A 3 yo cant it need time atleast teenage.

2. Ninjutsu - need time to train , chakra , guidence , academy , way many problems as it will take a year maybe.

3. Genjutsu - i don't see a problem there but still need strong body to not die easily and even genjutsu need a lot time to get perfect in it.

I look at all 3 and i don't think any of them can be able to make up as to play with original story Obito need to became strong pass he got only half a year at best after that Sakumo will die.

And there is Danzo as well a hanging sword on the neck.

So yeah Senjutsu that I come up with.

Later manipulating Zetsu after somehow not letting Sakumo due because of evil Danzo plot.

After Zetsu meeting Madara why well only he can guide me to that height no one in the world other then him can to that.

After gaining knowledge of everything as fast as possible time for faking Death.

Then start the plan...

Q . Why obito can learn Sage Mode So fast?

A - because he has natural affinity , his mother gonna reveal in later ch that she is a half Uzumaki that will make up the big amount of chakra in his body.

Q. His ability to use Hashirama senju cells.

A - His dad is a half Senju and blood relative of Hashirama that will be a major spoiler soon.

So his parents are Half Uzumaki and Half Sanju with Half Uchiha both.

Q. Does Rin have a crush on Obito's now?

A - No , Rin still likes Kakashi Hatake well she now BUT SEE OBITO A VERY STRONG SHINOBI after Obito save them both and died giving Kakashi his left Sharingan.

Rin felt guilty about his friends die and now that Obito is not with them she also feel empty sometimes.
