I deleted this chapter after uploading it on Saturday because something went wrong with Webnovel, and I was afraid it might disappear.

I'll likely be able to upload only 3-4 chapters a week, though I'll do my best to upload 5. I'll also try to speed things up.

After drawing the chapters Naruto and Azato Making, he uploaded it swifty in the internet, especially Naruto because the Land of the waves arc was one his favorite arc in terms of everything and as of matter of fact he thought that the whole of Naruto part 1 is peak of series thanks to Kishimoto not so hack of a writing yet. Or maybe he just really like that series because of nostaligia that he is feeling right now and also because his bias perspective as it was the first long running series that he read in Shounen jump magazine,

Oreki also expect the whole manga and anime community alike to love the series, the same way he loves it when he was on his teenage years in his previous world. In terns of popularity though, he does not expect it to be as popular as shoujo manga or magical girls in this world. Those type of genres are really popular and sell well not just in the Otaku side of things who had disposable money to buy merch of the said anime/manga because they are mostly single. It is also popular in the Normie or the general audience side who had families and children who loves magical girls, so in turn. So that is reason why shoujo and shojou adjacent genre is dominating the anime and manga market of this world and because the classic shounen does not exist in this world even the sports manga like slam dunk does exist in this world.

However, Oreki had a theory that reason those manga don't exist is because they exist here in the world as people and he can wait to meet them someday on the street. Even in the school as he didn't explore the Kuoh Academy yet so maybe there are some characters from the manga he read that are enrolled there.

As for Azato Making and other ero-manga that he will create, Oreki plan to print them and give away them at Comiket or any other anime convention while exploring it with Sona and Rias as he knew that Rias would go to those gathering of Otaku as she is also an Otaku herself. He got this idea of giving away copies of his future ero-manga works when Sona mention that she'll go to an anime-con with her older sister in the future as a reward for her sister not resigning to her post. Handling his ero-manga to random stranger is going to fun.

After all of that musing and rambling in his own space, Oreki stretch his arms and legs while moving his head left and right. "Well then" He muttered while looking at the clock of his PC and it's 10:16 PM. He had a thoughtful look on his face before saying "Might as well do something until eleven" He sat up straight again open the chess app to play "Let's see if my dear friend Shion is online" He said with a smile.

Oreki click the friend list and see that Shion is still online before he invite her swiftly to play chess with him and he expect Shion to accept it as he knew this girl is quite eager to beat him but he have to disappoint her as he give her an equal intent of beating.

At Sumeragi household

Inside the Shion's bedroom.

The bedroom of Shion had cozy and inviting vibe that will draw anyone in it just like the owner of the bedroom. The overhead lights cast a gentle illumination, creating a calm and intimate atmosphere. The centerpiece of the room is a large, comfortable bed with a violet bedspread that catches the light beautifully, creating a serene and restful vibe. The headboard is upholstered in a matching shade of violet, providing a cohesive look and adding an element of comfort.

Adjacent to the bed, on the left, is a sleek nightstand with two drawers, perfect for storage. A stylish lamp on the nightstand is turned on, emitting a soft light that highlights the bed and the surrounding area, making it an inviting spot to unwind.

Above the bed, a large window with its curtains drawn, blocking out the darkness of the night and providing a sense of privacy and security. The window is now a subtle outline, the curtains creating a cocoon-like feel, ensuring a restful environment. The color of the curtains is violet that match the bedspread and headboard, ensuring a harmonious color scheme throughout the room.

To the right of the bed is a dresser with multiple drawers, offering ample storage space. On top of the dresser are a few decorative items, including a small clock and some personal accessories, adding a personal touch to the room.

Mounted on the wall above the dresser is a large, flat-screen television, positioned for easy viewing from the bed. The television sits on a modern entertainment unit, which provides additional storage or display space.

The walls are painted in a soft, neutral color that complements the violet accents in the room. Above the television, a clock and a small framed picture of her and her frined hung in the wall, adding to the room's decor without overwhelming the space.

The potted plant in the corner is a dark silhouette against the softly lit walls, adding a touch of nature's calm to the nighttime setting. The clock on the wall shows the time, quietly ticking away in the peaceful room.

As of now. Shion is currently sitting in her own bed and a laptop table is also on the bed which a laptop is on it, And if anyone can see, she is currently using her laptop and typing profusely as she do the homework given to them by the teachers. What kind of school or teachers gives homework at the very first day of the school year, at least give the students a chance to get know each other or catch up with each other.

However Shion understand the school and the teachers is doing and reason is quite simple, the school that she is currently attending is a prestigious school that only accept nobles and wealthy people to enroll in the past but in present, they now accept common folk if they pass the general admission examination. However, those so called nobles don't really like the sight of the common folk walking along with them, so from time to time problem arises but.

"That's not my problem"

Shion muttered to herself as she cast aside that problem or to be exact she can just leave that problem to the President of the Student Council to solve as that guy is one if the Impure one as the elite of the school called them.

 Shion focuses her attention to her homework but her attention shifted in the notification that pop up to side of her laptop screen. 

There was a hint of excitement seeing that notification as this could only mean one thing. Her current favorite person is inviting her to play chess with him. Giving her a chance to snatch a win against him, God Sato. She asked him one time why did he uses that nickname but the only answer she got is the she will only answer her if she beat him.

However to Shion, she will beat him without any incentive from him and she also didn't really care much about the name as she only question him to pass time.

Shion accepted that invitation from God Sato and as soon as she click that she receive a meassege.

God Sato: That was a lot slower that you usually accept my invitation.

Shion: I'm doing my homework.

God Sato: What kind of school does that in the first day of the school year.

Shion: A good one

God Sato: Well apparently not as you got beat by public student from a town.

Shion: Not for long as I practice against grandmaster in my spare time.

God Sato: Spare time? you're not going to beat me with that kind of effort!

Shion: I told you already. playing chess is just a hobby to me.

God Sato: And as I told you already. You started saying it's a hobby because you got beat by me who is a nobody.

Shion: Of course you're not going to believe me even it's the truth but I don't care really.

God Sato: Yare Yare it's seems like I going to break my record against you again if lack you motivation! Best of 5.

Shion smiled happily as she chatted with God Sato or Sato for short. She had to admit that Sato is quite skilled in chess that she question whether he is just a student and not a secret or unknown grandmaster because even though she is just doing chess as a hobby, she too is quite skilled that rival grandmaster all over the world. However base on their chat from time to time she concluded that they are almost the same age and both of them have a gifted mind and talent. This is also one the reason she does not mid losing to him. well except maybe when they first played at each other, she was furious as she lost to some random guy. And she hope Sato keep playing with her as she enjoy his company or maybe if there is chance meet him in personal.

Shion shook her head as to not jinx herself and focus on the game at hand but just as Sato said he beat her and break his record against her during the 3rd game that they had.

God Sato: Sigh* So EZPZ,

Shion: rolled eyes* I told you I don't care

God Sato: Well if you don't really care then this will be that last game we will have

Shion: What do you mean!?

God Sato: I meant what I mean!

Shion did not reply to Sato as look at the chat box while thinking why did she have to jinx herself!

Shion: Fine! I will take chess seriously,

God Sato: ^_^ Good! and for extra motivation if you beat me then I will grant you your wish to meet me in personal.

Shion: Really? if so then you better bring to a good restaurant.

God Sato: I will! then bye!

God Sato is now offline

Shion look at the chat box with a smiled before closing the laptop as she forget to finish her homework.

"Well it seems like I will be playing a lot against grandmaster from now on just to beat that guy" Shion muttered under her breath with a smiled as she can't wait to meet the guy in personal.

This is the start of Shion's Gambit.

Oreki closed the chess app before stretching his back a bit. He was about to stand up from his seat but when he saw that's already past eleven and it's only 45 minutes before midnight. He thought for a bit on what to do in those 45 or 44 minutes "Might as well fetch the vocalist that I been planning to from the otherworld" He muttered as he open a portal and pick a random Bubble Universe..
