Chapter 25

While accompanying Josie and Lizzie to do their community service Alex heard Josie and Lizzie talking about the Gargoyle outside the Salvatore boarding school as he was confused since he didn't hear about this statue from Carolin or other as shook his head and thought"Maybe Alaric brought it and I am not omnipotent after all." But feeling curious Alex questioned,"Josie when did we get this gargoyle Statue?"Josie was confused as she answered, "I don't remember Mom ever talking about it must be one of the other teachers."Lizzie rolled her eyes and added, "Or it might be dad going behind Mom's back again."

Hope with slight concern asked, "Is there any problem with it."Alex frowned and replied, "I don't know maybe like Lizzie said Alaric may have got it,I will have to talk to MsCaroline about this."Alex did see the gargoyle statue through Josie's memories as he saw it was carrying a huge sword, Alex studied the statue as he decided to talk with Caroline after this. from a distance the said gargoyle statue was watching them with its eyes which were red with black pupils.

This was boring as we were watching over Josie, Lizzie, Kaleb, and MG when they were doing their community service as Lizzie huffed and said"At least both of you can help us with this."

Hope sighed and replied, "This is your punishment, not ours.Also I don't want to anger Aunt Caroline"Josie pleaded"Please help us."Alex sighed as Hope nodded looking at him both started helping them as they finished Alex felt eyes on him as he looked in the direction to find a guy looking at them from time to time as he sensed he was not human nor was he a vampire as he whispered to Hope"You guys go,I have something to check up on."Hope was confused but soon nodded as Alex looked at the kitsune who was noticed he was noticed he started to get up and walk away as he thought"A kitsune never thought I would meet another supernatural being so soon."

While the kitsune was walking quickly trying to get away as suddenly it was caught by the throat and slammed into the wall the kitsune tried to free himself but couldn't budge as Alex apparated with Kitsune named Zenko and the middle of the forest where he threw him on to the ground as Zenko coughed some blood as he rubbed his throat and said,"Do you know who you are messing with?"

Alex looked at kitsune with slight amusement and answered"Oh I know alright, but do you know who you are messing with?"Zenko just glared at Alex who he saw as just a strong witch at best as Zenko shouted"Your dead."he soon turned into his Kitsune form and quickly formed nine fireballs and launched it at Alex who simply waved his hand to disperse all of them as if they were nothing which caused Zenko to look at Alex in fear just when he thought he could flee he heard Alex speak"You can't escape I already created a barrier around us, so escaping is close to impossible unless you kill me that is."

Zenko glared at Alex as hit lunged at Alex telekinetically grabbed it by the throat and slammed it into the ground causing a crater to form as the Zenko returned back to his human form and was spitting blood from his mouth as he whispered in a cold tone"Oh you should not have come here."

Zenko knew he couldn't escape as he said"Don't think you will get anything from me."

Alex just smirked and replied, "Ohh I already know everything about you little group."Zenko raised his eyes in disbelief as Alex simply whispered"Ignis." causing Zenko's whole body to burst into flames as Zenko screamed in pain soon leaving nothing but ash as Alex watched the whole thing with disinterest as he muttered,"Well, the guy is just small fry so the information I got from him is limited. But it's really interesting as Tama no mae is really inside Malivore."

The information Alex got from Zenko was not much as he thought"There will be more coming here soon as they get the info about this guy's death."

Alex sighed and thought"I should upgrade the whole wards around the Salvatore boarding school."As Alex wanted to protect Hope from them,also he knew both the other two key's should be found soon as many supernatural creatures seem to look for them. Alex sighed with slight frustration and muttered, "This year is going to be quite eventful it seems."
