The tall house made with nothing but wood, stood in the middle of nowhere.
Well, not nowhere. It was however very far from town, isolated and in the middle of long oak trees.
Daven wondered why Eric had to come this far to hide Adriana. But then, he doesn't blame him.
With the scene his father created earlier, he knew he wouldn't hesitate killing Adriana the moment he set his eyes on her.
He looked down at his watch, and then at his phone.
After their father chased them, he hailed a cab and asked the driver to follow Eric's cab all the way here.
He had texted Liam and shared his location with him, he wanted to take Adriana from there. But he couldn't do it alone. So he had to wait for Liam.
But each second he spent outside the house, he felt uneasy.
His phone started ringing. picking it, he yelled.
"What the Fuck is taking you so long!"
"Chill, chill, I'm almost there," Liam said. "I just called to say so."
