Prologue

I was a 20 year old who wasn't doing anything. I couldn't get into a college now I am stuck in my home not doing anything obviously I was considered a loser by everybody. That is until I got hit by a truck, the first time I tried going outside. So I indeed was a loser.

All I could see was pitch darkness and a ball of light in front of me. The place was so dark that I could not see myself. I moved towards the light and was surprised to see that it was not a ball of light but a humanoid figure that radiated light.

"Who are you?", I asked.

"Well, I have many names but I think your kind call me God."

"Wait, you are real ! I never believed in you."

"Don't care."

"Then why are you talking to me?"

"I have decided to let you reincarnate into another world with your memories intact."

"Wait does this happen to everyone."

"No. Usually after most people die, I just eliminate them. Sometimes I reincarnate others to make interesting scenarios. Like, imagine if Einstein was reborn in a world of magic. But, this is the first time I am letting someone keep their memories."

"But why?",I asked.

"Well, it-it's not like you are special or anything. It was totally just random choice."

"No, I mean what's in it for you?"

"Entertainment of course. Spending all eternity in this pit of nothingness can be boring you know."

"I guess I know a thing or two about loneliness. Fine then reincarnate me."

"You didn't even ask my name y-you idiot. I am doing you such a huge favour it's the least you can do."

"Didn't you say you were God."

"That's what your kind calls me. I have my very own unique name."

"Fine. What may I know your name?"

"Yes. I am 'The One'.

"Huh."

"Because I am the first thing to ever exist so... uggh just get going."

God or 'The One' touched my chest which caused me to get bombarded away in an instant but I could see another beam of light but this wasn't a figure but rather an opening and it was getting rather wet for some reason.
