My cultivation hasn't had a breakthrough in a while, but I'm close to one. And my training my body is taking way longer than in the past. I need a better body refinement technique or a physique training manual.

I see I guess I'll have to being grinding. I took a sheet of paper and begun writing a formation on it soon it lit up and red, green and blue dots started appearing on it. This is a qi sensing formation. The green dot is me, the blue dots are humans and the red dots are martial beasts.
I used multiple different formations for this so its more like an array.
"Fenrir we're going hunting." I said as packed my bags and stored it before taking out my new sword. It had a green gem at the blade beings Fenrir's mother martial stone. The sword was silver in colour and at the handle was the head of a wolf connected to the blade.
Said wolf ran over to me and made his way to my head as I dashed off to the nearest signature. Soon I came upon a mountain lion martial beast. It had flame like patterns on its fur, it was fighting a monkey martial beast.
I waited for a chance until both attacked each other, that was when I took the chance to attack the mountain lion. The monkey was surprised but I didn't give it a chance to dodge as I used [Surfing Cloud Steps] to easily dispatch it.
I then stored both corpses and went on to hunt other martial beast. Soon the sky turned orange and I got over 5,500 points. I returned to my campsite and was eating some chicken with Fenrir in my lap "Eva I've been thinking can you show me a cultivation technique that can both benefit me and Fenrir and please show me the most affordable one."

I broke through a minor realm, I released breath of air, as I looked onto Fenrir 'Master!' I heard a voice in my head. I looked down to the little pup who looked with a happy look. 'Hey bud let's get to bed.'
'Oki!' He replied cutely I couldn't help but pet him as I entered my sleeping bag made out of his mother's fur. I have a lot of it left over. "Let's go we have a few days before reach a town." I said as packed my bags and got rid of the temporary camp.
