Cat fight

RACHEL'S POV

I walk briskly through the lobby, heading towards Devon's study, while putting the finishing touches on my look as I fasten my ear rings. I didn't have time on my side anymore; I needed to get to that study now. I can't leave Delilah alone with Devon for a split second. Especially not now when I know it's not all in my head and there's really something sketchy with her after all. 

I barge open the door, scanning my eyes through the study, shocked to see that Devon is nowhere in sight, and Delilah's the only one in the room. 

"Where's Devon?" 

She gives me a momentary glance, disgust flickering in her eyes at the sight of me once again, but what else is known. Shrugging her shoulders, she kicks back on the seat, crossing her feet on top Devon's desk, an apathetic air to her demeanor as she replies with a sigh. 

"I don't know! When did I become your husband's keeper?"
